About this apartment rental
An elegant, traditional apartment in Villers-sur-Mer, fully renovated in 2021 with all modern comforts and tastefully decorated, located 50 m from the beach and downtown. Living area (fully equipped kitchen, living room) with a 25 m² outdoor terrace. Bedroom with built-in storage, bathroom. Secure key box for added flexibility.
Access to the apartment involves a narrow staircase that is not suitable for people with limited mobility.
During the summer, the apartment’s location allows you to reach all amenities on foot, including shops, restaurants, markets, the beach, and recreational activities. No need for your car. Public parking.
Public parking is paid only from July 1 to August 31.
Free parking spaces are available a 5-minute walk away in the adjacent streets.
We’re available before, during, and after your stay.
We’re providing our phone number so we can respond as quickly as possible via text or call to your questions and requests.
We provide a cleaned and sanitized accommodation, including a comforter, two pillows, a mattress protector, a bedspread, a throw blanket, and a dish towel for the bed and the 140/190 cm sofa bed.
Bed linens for the 160/200 cm bed and the 140/190 cm sofa bed, as well as bath towels, are not provided, so please be sure to bring your own.

Excellent emplacement pour cet appartement juste en face de la mer. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, et le propriétaire est très sympa.

Nous avons passez un bon séjour dans l'ensemble cependant nous avons trouvé que comparé à l'annonce il manquait un petit quelque chose. La vue depuis le balcon est sympathique mais pas réellement optimale, et l'accès à la location est assez complexe. Cependant, nous avons pu communiquer avec l'hôte très facilement tout au long du séjour (ce qui est parfait). A tenir en compte aussi que la météo n'étais pas avec nous durant ce court séjour. Bien dans l'ensemble.
