Apartment F2 of 32 m² very pleasant, very well equipped - sleeps 4, in a friendly residence about 900 m from the beach and shops: living room, fitted and separate kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, separate wc, balcony. beautiful sea view, with parking.
many activities. bus and sncf access. rental all year round,
comfort: washing machine, tv, electric oven and microwave, WIFI, DVD player…

The apartment is in a pleasant neighbourhood and has lots of parking. It is well equipped and cosy. It is within easy reach of some nice restaurants and a lot of attractions. We enjoyed our stay a lot. We particularly liked sitting on the balcony in the evening watching the sun set over the village and the English Channel.

l'appartement que nous avons loué pour une semaine pour 3 personne + 1 animal était trés bien agancé et fonctinnel. La résidence se situe sur une trés belle propriété avec de grands espaces verts et dans les bâtiments sont réalisés dans le tradition du pays Normand. Je recommande vivement cette location . Herr Esposito ist sehr zuverlässig. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet, perfekt für 2 Personen. Die Menschen in Houlgate sind sehr zuvorkommend. Der Strand, der ca. 20 min zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt liegt, ist sehr sauber gehalten. Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist gut.

l'appartement est situé dans un cadre verdoyant et très agréable, avec vue sur la mer. Nous étions à pied, et moi qui ne suis pas une adepte de la marche, j'ai beaucoup apprécié ces promenades qui nous ont permis de découvrir à à peine 1 4 h, une plage immense, offrant de multiples activités, non loin du centre ville. Un arrêt de bus à 100 m de la résidence permet également de visiter les autres stations balnéaires, telles que Deauville ou Honfleur.
