Nice apartment, but too many ‘extra fees’ to make it worthwhile for a short stsy.
The apartment was clean & in a pretty good location for travelling through Normandy.
There are a lot of potential additional charges … for cleaning & for linens. For someone travelling from out of continent, it would be difficult to travel with all of my own linens. Thankfully we were able to borrow some linens from family as with But a linen charge of 22 euros per bed, it would probably have been cheaper to buy your own from IKEA than rent them from this host. The cleaning fee is 30 euros. The info also states that the host expects a cash deposit of 500 euros … which is only returned upon inspection. Thankfully we didn’t need to pay that because we were not able to wait for the cleaner to come at 10:30 on the day we checked out … as we needed to leave a lot earlier than that. For a 2 night stay, there was the potential for way too many extra charges.

Muchas complicaciones que te incomodan
El apartamento está bien, moderno y con todo lo necesario. Tiene un balcon agradable pero cuidado te comen los mosquitos, no dejes puerta abierta de noche. El/la anfitrión/a responde rápido, pero no quedo clara la explicación para recoger las llaves y se nos complicó la entrada de noche. Debes entrar andando desde parking (hay un código, pero estaba rota y entramos) y buscar edificio B (el segundo de la derecha), el apartamento no tiene ningún número indicado! Esta en la primera planta, menos mal que es único que tiene cajetín de llaves, ahí las coges con otro código y también están las llaves del parking. Fue una odisea. No podemos opinar de los alrededores porque solo íbamos a dormir.
No deberían permitiese los pagos extras que hacen que casi sea el doble de lo que cuesta cada noche. No vimos eso al hacer la reserva. Son 22 por sábanas de cada cama, 5 por toalla, 30 por limpieza. A Esto que ya nos creo mucho malestar, se añade que allí hay indicadas instrucciones que siguen haciéndote sentir incómodo: si rompes un plato 10€, si rompes un vaso 2€ y así con más cosas. Tampoco entiendo que no se piense en detalles básicos, como dejarnos un rollo papel higiénico para 4 personas y dos noches. Y sigue más incomodidad...que te digan por mensaje que limpies y guardes los platos, que saques la basura al contenedor de la entrada de urbanizacion, que quites las sábanas y las dejes en la entrada, por las que has pagado como si fueran nuevas y encima pagando por limpieza 30€!! (Y lo hicimos...) Menos mal que no nos pidieron los 500€ en efectivo que también indicaban en la reserva y que te devolvían al irte si todo estaba bien, nunca vi algo igual.
