Nice 2 rooms of 38 m2 facing the sea, 1st floor, west facing (splendid sunsets Sea) with balcony, in a small residence raised .RESIDENCE secure and privative covered parking. 300 m from the beach area, 2. 8 km from the center of Deauville and 500 m from shops.
Separate bedroom with 2 seats and sofa bed in the living room. Open kitchen.

Nice little place. Close to the beach with beautiful views from the windows. Place was clean and had everything we needed for a week stay. Little dated but location is superb. Walking distance to shop and few restaurants. Wouldn't mind staying there again and would recommend as great base for exploring Normandy

L'appartement était très bien situé par rapport aux différents sites touristiques et proche de la mer. Bien agencé avec beaucoup de matériel culinaire. Le seul reproche est la proximité de la route qui était bruyante lorsque nous étions sur le balcon. La fenêtre de la chambre ne s'ouvre pas lorsque les volets sont baissés.

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine. La vue sur la mer est magnifique, il y a des commerces à proximité et pleins de belles choses à voir. L'appartement est très fonctionnel, très bien équipé. Thierry est très réactif et nous a donné des indications précises avant et pendant le séjour.

Nous avons tout apprécié durant ce séjour .L'appartement (+parking ) fonctionnel est très bien situé compte tenu de la limitation des 10km.Beaucoup de visites à faire: Les plages de la côte ,le Mont Canisy ,les marais de Villers etc...Et la météo était en plus de la partie .On reviendra avec plaisir.

Nous n'avons pas été accueillis par le propriétaire ni à l'arrivée ni au départ ; seulement envoi de codes par mail ; à l'arrivée nous sommes dans le noir, volets fermés, pas d'électricité, pas de chauffage et on a du chercher le compteur à eau ; Nous n'avons pas pu utiliser la baignoire vu l'état d'usure de celle ci et la vétusté de toute la salle de bain, nous avons opté pour la toilette au lavabo pendant tout le séjour d'une semaine ; Un gros problème d'électricité dans cette salle de bain la rend aussi dangereuse : domino à nu pour le radiateur ; prise d'une lampe de chevet pour allumer l'applique hors classe 2, le néon est mort tout se suite, la chasse d'eau fuit et la WC se remplit en continu ce qui explique la coupure du compteur d'eau == bref une salle de bain obsolète et dangereuse en électricité, Sinon la pièce principale est correcte pour 2 avec vue mer et assez bien situé sur la Côte fleurie Nous ne recommanderions pas cette location à ce jour sauf travaux de la salle de bain == dommage.....

Séjour très agréable, propriétaire très sympa, vue superbe sur la mer. Très agréable de dîner sur la terrasse. Accès mer à 300m, plage très bien entretenue (passage d'engins de nettoyage, tôt le matin). Malgré la saison, pas les uns sur les autres sur la plage, très familiale. Restaurants à portée de pieds, tarifs très abordables. De très agréables vacances. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen und gut geschnitten mit einem Wohnzimmer kombiniert mit einer offenen Küchenzeile sowie einem Schlafzimmer mit Schrank. Das Bad könnte eine Renovierung vertragen (Kurze Wanne nur mit Handdusche und im BadezimmerTeppichboden). Das Beste an der Wohnung aber ist der herrliche Blick aufs Meer aus allen Fenstern und vor allem vom Balkon. Die Sonnen untergänge sind unvergesslich. Insgesamt haben wir uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt.
