A 40 m² garden-level apartment in a private, gated and very quiet residence in Villers-sur-Mer. Its private garden of more than 80 m² is fully fenced: children can play safely while you enjoy the terrace.
Ideal for a couple or a family: 4 guests with 2 adults and 2 children, or 3 adults at most.

- Deauville-Trouville train station: 20 minutes by car
GOOD TO KNOW
- You are welcomed in person on site, with key handover
- Check-in from 5 pm, check-out before 11 am
- Single-level accommodation; the shower room and toilet have no specific equipment for guests with reduced mobility
- Bed linen and bath towels are provided, as well as a bath mat and tea towel
- Discounts for stays of one week or more, except in July and August
- Non-smoking accommodation, pets not allowed

Nice apartment, quiet and with spacious garden. Walking distance from the village and beach. Being provided with a own ‘cabine’ at the beach was a real bonus !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. l'intérieur peut-être un peu juste par sa taille pour 4 adultes, mais pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants, c'est plus que convenable, surtout qu'il y a un vaste jardin permettant de jouet dehors. Le propriétaire est très à l'écoute. La personne qui nous accueille aussi. Je reviendrai sans problème, espérant pouvoir profiter de la piscine ;)
