Gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Breakfast table seats two. Master bedroom features a private bath and walk-in closet. Up to two additional quests can spend the night on the sleeper sofa in the living room. When you are not at the beach or enjoying a walk through the village there is a flat screen TV, books, and board games located in the property for entertainment. A compact washer/dryer unit is also at your disposal. Experience island living as you enjoy your morning cup of coffee or your evening cocktail out on the private balcony overlooking the Palm Coast Coffee Parking Area. Great location directly in the village. Only one designated parking space which was a challenge getting in and out due to the bike rack and closeness of the spaces. Ad did not mention the great balcony. Perfect for people watching and listening to music. Loft was spacious and well equipped. If you don’t like noise, this may not be the location for you. Every morning at 6 am street maintenance would use the blower which was not the best way to wake up. Other than that, perfect for two and walkable to most things/restaurants.
