402 Harbour Oaks is a St. Simons Island vacation rental in the island's most walkable condo community. Coffee at Palm Coast, dinner at Georgia Sea Grill, drinks at Brogen's, the pier and Neptune Park beach are all 16 minutes or less on foot. Walk into the Village when you want it, then come home through live oaks when you don't.
Inside, 402 is a bright second-floor end unit with an open main room, a window-wrapped sitting nook and a covered balcony looking through the trees. The entire condo is one level inside. The nook sounds minor until six people are sharing the condo. Then it makes perfect sense.
