Real Escapes Properties is proud to offer this completely renovated and beautifully updated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground level vacation rental residence in Harbour Oaks on St. Simons Island.
The owners have updated this unit with all new appliances, renovated kitchen and super nice linens and décor. You won’t want to leave! The living room has plenty of space to catch up with family. The dining room table will seat 6 comfortably with two additional bar seats nearby.
The master bedroom is large with a king size bed, ceiling fan, large flat screen tv and private en-suite bath with shower/tub combination. There is even a sitting area outside the master suite. On the other side of the living room, there is a guest bedroom with a queen bed, ceiling fan and television; full bathroom and a third bedroom which has a set of adorable twin bunk beds.
The Harbour Oaks community – a much sought after location - is situated in a quiet gated area off Mallery Street. You are just a few blocks from the famous St. Simons Island Lighthouse, Village and Pier, Neptune Fun Zone and many one-of-a-kind shops, boutiques and restaurants.
Harbour Oaks Community amenities include a swimming pool, tennis courts and fitness room. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with lagoons throughout. **Swimming pool is open seasonally.

• Group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (8 persons).
• Sorry, no pets are allowed in this unit.
• 1 covered, marked parking spot is available. Additional parking is available for extra vehicles in unmarked

• Approx. 1 mile to Public Beach Access; easy walk to the Pier, main Village area and pickleball courts.
Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 3 TVs located in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and One Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

All-in-all pretty good. The location was very convenient and the unit was updated and clean. Missing toilet paper and the master bathroom toilet was leaking causing water to turn on and off all night. Check-in and Check-out was very easy and the staff was responsive when we only received one key and needed another for the unit.

Great location. Easy check in. Quiet.
Only a few complaints: The linens could have been cleaner. The bedspreads and shams are in need of washing and some of the towels had stains.
The water pressure in the showers wasn’t good and the dryer had to run 3 times to dry anything.
A keurig would have been nice. There’s only a mr coffef
Positives: bedroom step up was great for family with kids. They had charging stations everywhere for electronics and everything worked well. Kitchen items were good.
Overall we had a pleasant stay and would recommend it just wish it
