Matt was wonderful to work with! We had to change our dates last minute due to a quickly changing snow storm and he immediately was able to accommodate us. The location is great and the property adorable.

The property listing looks great from the pictures but unfortunately, there was a terrible musty/sewage smell when we arrived that made it feel unclean. They had an air purifier running when we got there so we think the hosts knew there was an issue. On a positive note, the property management company took action quickly when we contacted them about the complaint and moved us to a nicer, more conveniently located apartment they also rent out that was vacant. Although it was a minor pain to move our things, we were happy that the host was so willing to manage the issue proactively. 10 stars to the host for jumping into action!
