The Space:

Welcome back to beautiful Puerto Vallarta

As you can see online, including recent videos from travelers and influencers like Nick Guillory, the city is fully back to normal and shining again. Authorities responded immediately and efficiently. Any temporary one-day disruptions were resolved quickly, and normal operations were restored without lasting impact on the destination.



All our buildings are fully operational, the international airport is running on schedule, and our concierge team is excited to welcome and assist you. The beaches, restaurants, and vibrant atmosphere that make Vallarta so special are here, safe and thriving.

PIER 309 invites you into a world where contemporary elegance meets historical allure. This condo, located in a prime spot, offers a captivating view of the old city from its terrace and a large bay window that spans across the living space and master bedroom.



The heart of the condo is its versatile living area, which is both spacious and warmly inviting. The area is perfectly designed for relaxation and socializing, with comfortable seating and tasteful decor that complement the stunning views outside.



The condo features two adaptable bedrooms, each designed to cater to your needs. The master bedroom, with a luxurious king-size bed, is a peaceful retreat offering a splendid view of the old city. The second bedroom, equipped with two twin beds, provides a cozy and inviting space. Both bedrooms have the unique capability to transform from open, airy spaces to private, enclosed rooms with the simple slide of a door, offering flexibility and privacy to guests.



Two bathrooms are available in the condo, ensuring privacy and convenience. These bathrooms are not just functional spaces; they are styled with elegance and stocked with high-quality amenities like L'Occitane products, providing a touch of luxury to your daily routine.



Unlike any rooftop in Puerto Vallarta. It contains a state-of-the-art infinity pool that offers panoramic views of the bay and the city. Sunken lounge area with fire pits and Jacuzzi. There is an amazing bar with great cocktails. You can relax in the rooftop library and pool cabanas. It’s perfect for sunset while enjoying the awesome views. The rooftop includes tanning areas, 2 Jacuzzi, palm trees, and an ocean-view gym as well.

The building has 24-hour security staff.



Guest Access:

Situated on the 3rd floor of the PIER 57 building, PIER 309 offers guests easy access to shared amenities, including a gym, a rooftop pool, and communal areas, while maintaining a sense of privacy and exclusivity.

Any type of noise beyond what is considered reasonable is not permitted in the apartments or the common areas. All residents, guests, or renters have the right to enjoy a tranquil environment. Glass is not permitted in the pool area. Please use cans or plastic cups and containers for beverages. Only music players with personal headphones are allowed in the pool area, boom boxes or amplified music is not allowed. Do not hang clothes, towels, or bathing suits on the glass rails of your balcony or balcony furniture. Please wipe down the equipment with the spray and paper towels provided in the gym.



The Neighborhood:

This apartment has a great location in the Romantic Zone, just 1 block away from Beach Los Muertos Pier, and surrounded by awesome restaurants like La Palapa, Margarita's Grill, Joe Jacks Fish Shack, Pancho's Takos, Daiquiri Dick's, Cafe de Olla, Freddy's Tucan, Coco's Kitchen, The Pancake House, great bars and night clubs.



Getting Around:

Uber and taxis are available in the area anytime.



If you require Airport transportation, we have a suburban available for $120 USD. Just let us know if you want the service.



If you have a car, we include private parking with your stay and 24/7 Security.



Other Things to Note:

CHECK-IN: From 3:00 PM. Your concierge will welcome you in the lobby.

CHECK-OUT: At 11:00 AM. Please wait for your concierge to return the keys and check the apartment.

CLEANING: Scheduled cleaning is included in your stay (exceptions may apply).

PETS: ONLY Service animals are admitted with official documentation. $120 USD pet fee per stay.

GARDENING: You must allow the gardeners to enter; otherwise, a $20 USD fee will be charged for each day they are not allowed access.

VISITORS: Max 2 visitors allowed (not overnight). Unauthorized overnight guests will incur a fee.

ENERGY USAGE:

Your stay includes 25 kWh/day. Help us save energy by turning off lights and A/C when not in use.

The unit has NEST AC controllers – we’ll gladly show you how they work.

Recommended settings: 22–24°C (72–75°F), turn off when leaving the apartment. If you set the AC below 72°F, the system will automatically shut off for safety reasons.

HOUSE RULES:

Unauthorized overnight guests → $200 USD/night per person

Excessive noise or unauthorized party → $150 USD + possible eviction

Biological waste (e.g., excrement outside toilet, used condoms) → $300 USD (specialized disinfection)

Parties, drugs, or prostitution → $500 USD fine + immediate report

I booked this vacation rental in Puerto Vallarta for my 30th birthday, and it was truly unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had the most stunning views of the ocean and surrounding mountains. The private pool was perfect for relaxing, and the outdoor space made every sunset feel magical. The location was ideal—close enough to town for great food and nightlife, but still peaceful and private. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure every detail was perfect, even surprising us with birthday touches that made me feel so special. Every room was comfortable, spacious, and felt like a luxury resort. My friends and I made memories that will last a lifetime, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate this milestone. I’ll absolutely be coming back—this place is a dream! Highly, highly recommend.

The property is in a great location, very easy to walk to the Malecon, restaurants, the beach, etc. The pool and property were very clean and well maintained. The pool was relaxing, ample seats in the sun and shade. The service at the pool was great, able to order drinks and food which is a nice amenity to have. The condo was also very clean and was stocked with what we needed for glassware and utensils. We would suggest allowing each person in the room to have a key card as not everyone left together or went back to the condo at the same time some days/nights. The second bathroom in our condo would benefit from having some shelves added by the sink or a basket system under the sink as there was no where to put any of our bathroom items therefore all of our stuff sat on the floor with a few items on the soap holder and small edge of the sink. Aside from that we would stay at Pier 57 again.

The rooftop pool and view was spectacular, with excellent staff who made sure we were taken care of. The location near the Los Muertos Pier was a huge plus. Communication between the host and our group was open and easy… we will definitely keep this in mind if/when we visit Puerto Vallarta!

Pier 57 is an excellent building -- one of the city's best rooftops with large pool and tended bar, elegant units, helpful staff, perfect location. This particular unit has a city view and looks out over what seems to be a common area of the adjoining property, which sometimes has some noise (although sometimes pleasant noise, like decent music). So those looking for 24/7 ocean views or 24/7 quiet might want to choose a different unit, but I did not find the occasional noise to be a problem, and I found the rooftop and daily visits to the nearby beach to afford plenty of great views.
