The Space:

Welcome back to beautiful Puerto Vallarta

As you can see online, including recent videos from travelers and influencers like Nick Guillory, the city is fully back to normal and shining again. Authorities responded immediately and efficiently. Any temporary one-day disruptions were resolved quickly, and normal operations were restored without lasting impact on the destination.



All our buildings are fully operational, the international airport is running on schedule, and our concierge team is excited to welcome and assist you. The beaches, restaurants, and vibrant atmosphere that make Vallarta so special are here, safe and thriving.

This state-of-the-art flex apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 guests with two flex bedrooms which can be opened and closed easily with sliding pocket doors. There is a full-size washer and dryer equipped with detergent. We offer Nest AC throughout the apartment.



PIER 306 welcomes you into a space where contemporary design meets functionality. This condo, situated within a vibrant urban setting, offers a unique living experience with its flexible bedroom options and inviting communal areas.



The living space is the heart of the condo, thoughtfully designed for relaxation and socializing. It features comfortable seating and tasteful decor, setting the tone for a pleasant and homely atmosphere.



The condo boasts two adaptable bedrooms, each capable of transforming from an open, airy layout to a private, enclosed space with the simple slide of a door. The master bedroom is a haven of comfort, featuring a king-size bed and elegant furnishings. The second bedroom, equipped with two single beds, is equally comfortable and versatile, making the condo suitable for families or groups.



One of the highlights of PIER 306 is its large balcony and its view of the city. This outdoor space, accessible from the living area, is furnished with a table and chairs, creating a perfect setting for a morning breakfast or an evening relaxation session. The balcony not only offers a refreshing outdoor escape but also provides a scenic view of the surroundings.



Each bedroom has its bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests. The bathrooms are designed with a modern touch and are equipped with high-quality amenities like L'Occitane products, adding a sense of luxury to your daily routine.



It features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher, utensils, dishes, and glassware. We also provide olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, kitchen towels, and paper towels.



Unlike any rooftop in Puerto Vallarta. It contains a state-of-the-art infinity pool that offers panoramic views of the bay and the city. Sunken lounge area with fire pits and Jacuzzi. There is an amazing bar with great cocktails. You can relax in the rooftop library and pool cabanas. It’s perfect for sunset while enjoying the awesome views. The rooftop includes tanning areas, 2 Jacuzzi, palm trees, and an ocean-view gym.

The building has 24-hour security staff.



Guest Access:

PIER 306 is located on the 3rd floor of the PIER 57 building, offering guests easy access to a variety of shared amenities, including a gym, a rooftop pool, and communal lounge areas. The condo's location combines the advantages of privacy with the convenience of being part of a vibrant community.



Any type of noise beyond what is considered reasonable is not permitted in the apartments or the common areas. All residents, guests, or renters have the right to enjoy a tranquil environment. Glass is not permitted in the pool area. Please use cans or plastic cups and containers for beverages. Only music players with personal headphones are allowed in the pool area, boom boxes or amplified music is not allowed. Do not hang clothes, towels, or bathing suits on the glass rails of your balcony or balcony furniture. Please wipe down the equipment with the spray and paper towels provided in the gym.



The building also offers a gym, pool, bar, and rooftop terrace.



The Neighborhood:

You can find many shops, pharmacies, jewelry stores, cafes, all kinds of restaurants (Mexican, Italian, seafood, Asian, Greek) of course some romantic places by the sea, and fun (bars, karaoke, disco) within a 3-10 minutes walk.

There's a place to have a wonderful and quiet breakfast just around the corner, Cafe San Angel. Tacos, hamburgers, pizza, salads, seafood!



Getting Around:

Uber and taxis are available in the area anytime.



If you require Airport transportation, we have a suburban available for $120 USD. Just let us know if you want the service.



If you have a car, we include private parking with your stay and 24/7 Security.



Other Things to Note:

CHECK-IN: From 3:00 PM. Your concierge will welcome you in the lobby.

CHECK-OUT: At 11:00 AM. Please wait for your concierge to return the keys and check the apartment.

CLEANING: Scheduled cleaning is included in your stay (exceptions may apply).

PETS: ONLY Service animals are admitted with official documentation. $120 USD pet fee per stay.

GARDENING: You must allow the gardeners to enter; otherwise, a $20 USD fee will be charged for each day they are not allowed access.

VISITORS: Max 2 visitors allowed (not overnight). Unauthorized overnight guests will incur a fee.

ENERGY USAGE:

Your stay includes 25 kWh/day. Help us save energy by turning off lights and A/C when not in use.

The unit has NEST AC controllers – we’ll gladly show you how they work.

Recommended settings: 22–24°C (72–75°F), turn off when leaving the apartment. If you set the AC below 72°F, the system will automatically shut off for safety reasons.

HOUSE RULES:

– Smoking is strictly forbidden inside

– Respect the space and the neighbors

– We offer extra services: airport transfers, grocery stocking, restaurant and tour bookings (extra fees may apply)

Stained/ruined towels or sheets → $50 USD per item

Smoking indoors → $200 USD (professional deodorization)

Unauthorized overnight guests → $200 USD/night per person

Excessive noise or unauthorized party → $150 USD + possible eviction

Biological waste (e.g., excrement outside toilet, used condoms) → $300 USD (specialized disinfection)

Parties, drugs, or prostitution → $500 USD fine + immediate report

I had the BEST stay! So much so, that I decided to book a reservation for two more nights. Alila is amazing. Attentive, caring, professional, organized. Emanuel and Michelle are fantastic. The Pier 57 staff is wonderful, especially Rosy and Lalo and Flavio(?), at the pool bar! The condo itself is beautiful with an amazing view. I absolutely LOVED staying there, and I would highly recommend it. I would absolutely book there again. Thank you for an excellent vacation!
