Every detail of this home has been thoughtfully designed to provide a serene, inviting atmosphere with breathtaking views of the lake, making it the ideal retreat for family and friends.
The heart of the home is the expansive, chef-inspired kitchen, which boasts modern appliances, sleek countertops, and a large kitchen island perfect for meal prep, entertaining, or enjoying a casual breakfast. Adjacent to the kitchen, the open living and dining areas are designed to bring everyone together. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer incredible views of Canyon Lake, creating a stunning backdrop for meals, conversations, and relaxation.
The main floor features two well-appointed bedrooms. The first offers a luxurious king-sized bed, an en-suite full bathroom with a walk-in shower, soaking tub, and dual vanities. This private sanctuary provides the perfect place to unwind at day's end. A second bedroom features two comfortable twin beds and is just steps away from the half-bathroom located on the main floor.
Downstairs, a cozy second living room provides the perfect spot for movie nights or a quiet place to read, while the kitchenette adds convenience for guests. Bedroom three features a queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom four is perfect for larger groups or families, with two queen beds and an en-suite bathroom that includes a tub/shower combo.
