The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.
This is a 2nd floor unit, there are 14 steps required to access the unit.

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

We loved our stay! It was easy to check in and easy to navigate once we arrived!! They did not disappoint, the view was perfect! Expectations were met at the highest level!! Would recommend this to everyone!! Will return for future visits!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!
