About this house rental
This is relax new duplex can sleep 24 people with fence and 2 grills. Looking for fun in the sun? White sand beaches, golf courses, zoo, shops and delicious local restaurants are within short driving distance without the bridge traffic!Ample parking on private property. 2 miles to Beautiful Navarre Beach, 18 miles to Pensacola Beach and 28 miles to Destin. -Please read description and house rules before booking---

• Bedroom # 3 - 2 queen beds with full bathroom with TV.
• Bedroom # 4 - king bed with tv with full bathroom.
-bedroom # 5-2. Full beds with tv. With full bathroom.
-bedroom # 6-2. Queen beds. With tv with full bathroom
-2 sofa beds
Throughout the 6 bedrooms, 6 full bathroom comfy beds await you at the end of eventful days, sleeping a total of 24|
Guests will have access to all areas of the property other than locked garage for supplies, etc.
PARKING NOTES: Circular private driveway (12
Vehicles Max). No Garage or Street Parking Navarre beach peri is Longest Fishing Pier.
Other things to note
POLICIES -- Absolutely No smoking Inside the house $2,000 fine plus actual remediation costs for smoking inside. In either case your stay will be cancelled, and you will have to leave the property immediately.
Please respect quiet hours from 10pm -7am Guests will have access to all areas of the property other than locked garage for supplies, etc.

Other things to note
Please note that for your security and the security of the property there are cameras outside monitoring the driveway, and the front door.
