Located 2 steps from the Mediterranean beaches, this 220m² villa with swimming pool is ideal for enjoying the seaside while having access to the advantages of the city center. Thanks to the 4 sunny bedrooms, it can accommodate 8 people.
The 4 bedrooms have a double bed, one also has a cot. In addition to 3 bathrooms with WC as well as a separate WC, the villa offers all the comforts of modern life:
- Fully equipped open kitchen.
- Dining room with 8 seats and high chair.
- Full Hi-Fi equipment and Internet access.
The bright living room of 70 m² opens onto a covered terrace equipped with a summer kitchen which overlooks the landscaped garden as well as the secure 10x5 swimming pool with alarm. The 6 deckchairs, the ping-pong table and the summer lounge sheltered under the pergola, as well as the pétanque field, will allow you to make the most of the Mediterranean sun away from prying eyes.
Pets are allowed in this villa.
You can fully enjoy your family vacation, even with small children.

We had a fantastic stay at the villa. Marc & Ann’Audrey are so helpful and great to deal with. The location is fantastic, easy walk into town. We were two families and lots of room for everyone….loved feeding the tortoises! Happily come and stay again

The property was amazing, very close to a local shop, bakery, and pizza restaurant, but still secluded and private. Antibes railway station was about 20 mins walk, with access to Monaco, Cannes, and much more. The hosts were very accommodating and met out every need. We will probably be back another time as this property was outstanding in terms of space but also felt quite intimate.

We stayed in August 2024 , 4 adults and 4 teenagers the house was brilliant. We loved the pool area, beautiful greenery and seating areas were fantastic seats for everyone. Kids loved the table tennis area. The house was really nice, as we approached the drive with the automatic gates we weren’t disappointed. Thanks to the hosts they were very helpful.
