Looking for the perfect place for a vacation with family or friends? Come stay in this magnificent 300m² house, located on a 1700m² rural plot high above the cliffs of Carolles, in the Croix Paqueray area, a 500m walk from the beautiful Carolles beach and 1.5km from the town of Carolles and its shops.
The setting is ideal for nature lovers and outdoor activities such as hiking along the coastal path, offering spectacular views of the bay of Mont-Saint-Michel. It's also a perfect spot for model flying and paragliding. There are opportunities for shellfish gathering and water sports. The ground floor offers beautiful living spaces. It consists of an entrance hall leading to a large living/dining room, a separate fully fitted and equipped kitchen with access to a utility/laundry room, a master bedroom with a 140cm double bed and an en-suite shower room, and a separate toilet.
The upper floor consists of four bedrooms, three of which have a 160cm double bed and the fourth with two 90cm single beds, two shower rooms, and a separate toilet.
You can also enjoy a large terrace with garden furniture, a large garden, and a courtyard where you can park at least four vehicles.
