Welcome to Villa des Pins, located in Jullouville-les-Pins, a charming seaside resort in the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, in the south of the English Channel. In the immediate vicinity of the corsair town of Granville, the villa offers a peaceful, privileged setting for a seaside holiday.
A modern, spacious and welcoming space
Entirely renovated in a refined and elegant style, Villa des Pins can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests.
It comprises :
4 double bedrooms with 140 cm beds,
1 superior double bedroom with 160 cm bed,
3 modern bathrooms, one with bathtub,
2 living rooms, 1 with sofa bed.
Two flat-screen TVs,
Wi-Fi broadband available throughout the villa.
The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, coffee machine, etc.)
Bed linen and towels included.
Garden and outdoor pool.
The villa has a large private garden, with garden furniture, an outdoor table for your summer meals and private parking inside the property.
The swimming pool is heated from June to September (weather permitting), size 5.5 m x 3 m. (with a removable staircase for children's safety).
Ideally located just 150 m from Jullouville beach, the villa is also close to water sports (sailing, paddle, kayaking).
In the immediate vicinity, discover : Granville, its marina and departures for Chausey and Jersey,and the Christian Dior Museum, in the designer's former home.

There a lot of very good points about this holiday home - the proximity to the beach and town were excellent, the pool and outside seating areas where also very good and appreciated by everyone. The property itself was nice and clean with 5 double rooms. The layout of the house was quirky and we found the lounge/kitchen quite cramped while all together. It was a real shame that the garden was so overrun and uncared for with a dirty BBQ, long grass, dog mess, and areas that appeared to be used to dump broken equipment.Other things to be aware of - Security Deposit of 2000 / Check in at 5pm / checkout am 10am. Keys had to be collected from another property in town.
