Casa Gilruja is situated in a friendly community named Las Moradas. with its warm sense of community, only 20 minutes away from the action of the vibrant city of Puerto Vallarta the shops, restaurants and galleries, but removed enough to enjoy the tropical oasis with the sights and sound of the jungle surrounding you, plus the 3 pools that are part of the common areas.
On the first floor, enjoy gathering in the generously-sized living/dining area with huge windows, high ceilings and sliding doors that opens up to a spacious front patio. Well equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and plentiful counter space is clad with premium finishes and fixtures including custom grey color cabinets.
The bedroom located on the first floor has its own private bathroom, king size bed, smart TV, ceiling fan and A/C.
Upstairs the Master bedroom and ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. Smart TV, ceiling fan and A/C the room ensures private space where you can enjoy the views on the balcony.
A second room with ensuite bathroom, 2 single beds and beautiful built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan and A/C.
The laundry room is conveniently located on the kitchen, you can find a door next to the bar.

CHECK IN and CHECK OUTS
CHECK IN time for all properties is 3:00pm and CHECK OUT time for all properties is 11:00am. If you require early CHECK IN or late CHECK OUT please contact your PVRPV concierge.
Please note if you require a CHECK IN or CHECK OUT before 8am or after 8pm you will incur an additional charge of $40.00 USD - tax included (or the equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your payment) which must be paid in cash, and collected by the concierge.
Remember that Puerto Vallarta is located in Central Time Zone (same as Mexico City, GMT-6)
You will be issued 1 set of keys for each person noted on the Booking Confirmation. Keys must be returned in the same condition as received at the time of CHECK OUT.

Cleaning Services
Our Standard Cleaning Services included are based on a minimum rental of 7 days. In the case where your rental is less than the time period indicated or you require additional services the cost per cleaning will be $50.00 USD - tax included (or the equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your payment). This will be collected by Concierge on the day of the check in.

No hot water in house--always took cold showers. We ran out of hand soap, paper towels, and filtered water. Water and soap and were replenished one time, but not again after we ran out of water a second time during our week-long stay with 5 people. The maid showed up and started cleaning 2 hours before check out on our departure day. She woke most of us up and surprised us and was running water and in our way while we were trying to wake up, have coffee/tea, and get showered/packed. I asked her to leave and come back at our check our time she started crying. A housekeeper arriving before check-out time is 100% unacceptable. It’s probably not her fault but the property manager needs to figure things out and communicate better with the housekeepers and the guests. I texted Javier about this and the other issues, and his response was to contact someone else--a different manager I had no interactions with--and suggested I leave negative reviews online. There should be one POC (point of contact) for guests when they encounter issues. Clearly many opportunities for improvement.
