It was clean and everything was new. The apartment was built very nicely and someone came to clean and remove the garbage every day. The small rooftop pool was very nice for cooling off. Every room had A/C and ceiling fan. Washer and dryer was very helpful specially if you have kids with you. Short walk to restaurant and the beach. Every room had a TV.
Early morning Traffic noise. Also there was no elevator which was ok with us but some people may have problem with that.

I like that the room was furnished and had a theme to it and was very clean.
Is that the location is a little hard to locate. Maybe send out maps to before arrival

This is the second time I've stayed here. Great location, very clean unit, and responsive staff. There's a cleaner that comes daily to keep the unit very nice. Also, the rooftop pool is great!
As of December 2025, there's currently construction around the area that got very loud throughout the day. This isn't the fault of the hosts though, but mentioning it as a heads up for other bookers. Also, the location (around the corner from the hospital) is a bit hard to find and Uber/maps can't often find it. Be sure to ask the host ahead of time where to walk and you should be fine.
