You will enjoy this beautifully furnished and professionally designed SOHO PV unit on the 6th floor, with amazing views. Floor to ceiling frame-less balcony window allows you to take in every bit of the stunning views inside or on the largest outdoor rooftop patio SOHO PV offers.
MASTER BEDROOM- Enjoy a comfortable siesta or night`s sleep on your king size pillow-top bed. There is plenty of closet space, Smart Home bluetooth speaker system, ample USB and phone chargers on each night stand, a safe for storing important documents and several other amenities for your stay.
MASTER BATHROOM (En Suite)-Uniquely boasts a spacious walk-in shower and ample mirror space, includes plush bath towels, blow dryer and toiletries.
SECONDARY BEDROOM- This versatile space comes with a queen size murphy bed and plenty of storage room all while maintaining an eyeful of amazing Puerto Vallarta city views.
SECONDARY BATHROOM- A full guest bathroom with walk-in shower also includes plush bath towels, blow dryer and toiletries.
LIVING ROOM- The living room offers you a comfortable modular plush couch seating as well as contemporary chairs with a 65 inch Smart TV.
KITCHEN- Enjoy cooking a homemade meal on the 4 burner gas stove top or baking with full set of top of the line pots and pans, utensils and appliances. There is a purified water and ice maker in the huge refrigerator, perfect for stocking up all of your food and beverages. Full spice rack and complimentary coffee and tea throughout your stay. Purified water is also available at the kitchen sink as well.
LAUNDRY ROOM- Full size “quiet” washer and dryer available during your stay.

The inventive layout can suit your specific needs and desires whether designing for a long term residence or a temporary escape.

- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- All guests must be declared prior to check-in - building security requires all guest to be registered
- Security will issue wrist bands that must be worn inside the building and rooftop at all times as a guest
- The couch is NOT to be used as a bed; guests found using it as such risk losing their reservation. Please contact Guest Services if you want to inquire the use of the couch for sleeping purposes - additional fees apply as it needs to be properly cleaned at the end of your stay.
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Guest Services Care Team.
- Outside food and drink of any kind is not permitted on the rooftop.
**Smoking in public areas is prohibited EXCEPT in the designated area on the rooftop** This home including all terraces and balconies are non smoking. There are smoke sensors throughout the home specifically monitoring for cigarette, pipe, cigar, and marijuana smoke. We will impose a $250 ionize cleaning fee to remediate smoke damage inside the unit including the balcony. The ONLY designated area for smoking is located on the rooftop. Thanks for your understanding.

My recent stay at Soho Residences in Puerto Vallarta was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty of the condos and the breathtaking views that greeted us as soon as we entered the condo. However, what truly stole the show was the stunning rooftop pool with its panoramic views that left us in awe.
The facilities at Soho Residences are top-notch, with a well-equipped gym that allowed me to keep up with my fitness routine even while on vacation. The sense of security provided by the property was also impressive, giving us peace of mind throughout our stay.
One of the standout features of Soho Residences is its unbeatable location. Situated less than a 10-minute walk from bars, restaurants, and the beach, this property offers the perfect blend of luxury and convenience. Whether you're looking to explore the vibrant nightlife or relax on the sandy shores, everything is just a stone's throw away.
I must also mention the fantastic check-in experience we had with Mary. Not only was the process quick and efficient, but Mary went above and beyond to ensure that we had all the information we needed to make the most of our stay. Her helpfulness was truly appreciated and set the tone for a wonderful experience.
