We have rented from Down Home Properties several times and are never disappointed. This property was in a great location to get just about anywhere we wanted to go in a golf cart, except the newest area. The grill and screened patio was enjoyed. We cooked at home often and everything we needed was there (as we have found in all Down Home Properties). Their standards are consistent among their rentals making it easier to know what to expect when we get there.

We had a great time at the property. We took the grandkids to Disney and came back to visit family in the Villages. The golf cart was nice to ride around in the house was nice and the beds were comfortable. It was nice to relax a few days before heading home. The property management were very nice and easy to deal with. If you have small children, you will have to put some things out of reach. There were a lot of breakables around. Overall, it was a great place to stay.
