Your Condo
Just a 20 minute drive to the center of La Fortuna, this beautiful, spacious three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and air conditioning in every room. The family room offers comfortable sofas, cable TV, and internet. As a ground-floor unit with no stairs, it's ideal for easy access — and it opens onto a beautiful outdoor courtyard.
Two of the three air-conditioned bedrooms offers a king-size bed, a private bathroom with a large shower, a desk, a custom wood closet, and a flat-screen TV. The other bedroom offers two queen-size beds, a private bathroom with a large shower, a custome wood closet and a flat-screen TV. One bedroom connects directly to the kitchen and family room, while the other two open onto the outdoor courtyard through their own private entrances.
The condo also includes a private two-car garage with an automatic door opener, plus a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
The Community
I designed and built this community of eight condos set on thirteen private acres. The property features a large pool area with a two-story lounge, several inviting social spaces, a gym and a spacious back area with three covered gazebos. A paved walking trail winds through the grounds, offering beautiful views of the surrounding mountains, rainforest, and Arenal Volcano.
The eight condos include:
- Two one-bedroom, one-bath condos
- One one-bedroom, two-bath condo
- One two-bedroom, two-bath condo
- One two-bedroom, three-bath condo
- One three-bedroom, three-bath condo with a large courtyard
- One four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath condo with a large courtyard and jacuzzi room
- One four bedroom, five bath condo
All eight condos are individually listed on VRBO under my profile, or you can rent the entire property for a business event, wedding, or family reunion — just send me a message if you're interested.

My goal in building this community was simple: create a peaceful, private, gated and secure retreat for our guests. That's why, once you check in, we hand you the keys and step back — we're here if you need us, but otherwise we'll let you enjoy your stay undisturbed.

My family of four stayed here for 5 days. Absolutely wonderful property and condo. The place was furnished nicely. There is a well-manicured nature walk within the property that we took advantage of almost every day. Great place to experience sites and sounds of nature. I would stay here again and would 100% recommend.
