Casa Serena is a beautifully furnished 2-bedroom villa in Playa Blanca, offering stylish interiors, inviting outdoor spaces, and a private heated pool. Located close to Playa Los Coloradas beach and Marina Rubicón, it provides the perfect setting for couples, small families, or friends seeking a relaxing Lanzarote escape.
The Space:
Casa Serena is a beautifully designed two-bedroom villa that combines stylish interiors with comfortable outdoor living, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday in Playa Blanca.
Inside, the bright and welcoming open-plan living space has been thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the villa with natural light, while French doors lead directly onto the terrace, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. The comfortable lounge features a large TV with international channels, WiFi throughout, and air conditioning to ensure a pleasant stay year-round.
The spacious dining area comfortably seats six guests, while the fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and everything needed for easy self-catering. A separate solarium area houses the washing machine and ironing facilities, adding extra convenience during your stay.
Outside, the generous 76m² terrace offers plenty of space to relax and unwind. Comfortable seating areas, sun loungers, and a BBQ create the ideal environment for making the most of Lanzarote's year-round sunshine. The private heated swimming pool provides the perfect place to cool off or simply enjoy leisurely days by the water.
Upstairs, the villa accommodates up to four guests across two beautifully appointed bedrooms. The master suite features a king-size bed, private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with Jack and Jill sinks and a shower over the bath. The second bedroom is arranged as a twin room, ideal for children or friends sharing. An additional guest WC on the ground floor provides added convenience.
For guests combining work with leisure, Casa Serena also benefits from a dedicated, modern office space, perfect for catching up on emails or planning your next island adventure.
Guest Access:
Guests have full private access to the villa and outdoor areas, offering a comfortable and private setting throughout your stay.
The Neighborhood:
Casa Serena is located in a peaceful residential area of Playa Blanca, just 800 metres from Playa Los Coloradas beach. Marina Rubicón and Playa Dorada beach are approximately 1.5 km away, around a 20-minute walk, offering a fantastic selection of waterfront restaurants, bars, boutiques, and the popular Wednesday and Saturday market.
For everyday convenience, a supermarket is only 120 metres from the villa, while a local restaurant can be found just 100 metres away.
With beaches, dining, shopping, and local amenities all within easy reach, Casa Serena is perfectly positioned for a relaxing and enjoyable Lanzarote getaway.
Getting Around:
Taxis are readily available, reliable, and affordable for getting around the resort. Lanzarote also has a well-connected and easy-to-use bus network, offering a convenient and budget-friendly way to explore the island.
If you’d like to explore more of the island, we can also arrange car hire through a trusted local company, with the option of airport collection or delivery directly to the villa.

We’ve included a range of thoughtful touches to help you settle in and start enjoying your holiday from the moment you arrive.
A generous welcome pack will be waiting for you, including tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water, orange juice, beer, biscuits, and a bottle of wine or Cava, perfect after your journey.
Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are all provided for your stay. For stays of more than 12 nights, a weekly mid-stay housekeeping service is included. This is a light clean, along with fresh linen and towels, and takes place every 7 days (for example, on day 7 of a 2-week stay, and days 7 and 14 for longer stays). For longer stays, this continues every 7 days thereafter. For bookings of 12 nights or fewer, additional cleaning is not included, but can be arranged on request.
Air conditioning is available and operates on a pay-as-you-use basis at €0.75 per kWh. The meter accepts €1 and €2 coins and can be pre-loaded for your arrival during normal working hours if preferred.
Pool heating is included during the winter months. During the summer months (1st May to 30th September), solar heating is provided, with the option to add electric heating for an additional charge should you prefer a little extra warmth.
If you’re travelling with little ones, cots and high chairs can be arranged at €25 per week, per item, payable in cash on arrival directly to the local hire company.
A breakage cover fee of £10 per person is included in your booking. This replaces the need for a traditional security deposit and covers accidental damage up to £400, giving you added peace of mind throughout your stay.

We recently stayed at this beautiful villa for 3 weeks which is a wonderful location and just a10 minutes walk to Rubicon Marina, where there is a great variety of restaurants for sunset drinks and dinner - including a local market on Wednesday and Saturday. A further 10 mins walk along the sea promenade will bring you into the old town, again with lovely local restaurants, bars and shops. Highlights from this spotlessly clean and well presented villa included the outdoors relaxation and dining / BBQ area and heated pool. Indoors, a spacious lounge with large TV (including all international channels) was good for relaxing later in the evenings. Master bed was very comfortable and plenty of wardrobe storage and ensuite. Second bedroom and bathroom were great. Large utility room off the kitchen was very good for washing and storage. Local SuperDino was 100 metres away, with a lovely Indian next door and Antonio's bar for a coffee or beer. We loved going to Playa Dorada (20 mins walk) for a few hours on the beach and swimming. We had a wonderful holiday and we look forward to coming back again next year.

Such a great villa, located in a quiet residential area, but yet only a very short and beautiful walk to the Marina and main beach. Added bonus of well stocked supermarket and small bar/cafe just a minute walk away.
Villa itself was spotlessly clean with high quality furnishings and new kitchen appliances. Nicely presented front patio area with pool and ample sun loungers. Car not necessary but parking right outside the door. We would highly recommend this villa.

Big house with good furniture and kitchen. Pool was great. Good location with a few minutes walk to the seaside promenade and a good supermarket just around the corner. Great service and easy communication through whatsapp.
