240 - Casa Serena by Villas Now Ltd

The pool has been a great success for us. It’s the first time we’ve really used the pool of our rented villa every day.

The second room is quite small and the lack of both mosquito nets on the windows and AC in that room made it impossible to keep the temperature down. There’s a ceiling fan but it doesn’t help to lower the temperature.

The property is very nice. Comfortable and in great condition and well equipped. The location is great. There's a supermarket 2 minutes away and a uk shop about 5 minutes (which is actually very reasonable). The marina is about a 15 min walk and has a great selection of restaurants. The team managing the property were great to deal with - we had a few minor queries and the responses were very prompt. Excellent really.

TBH nothing. A great place for our family with 2 kids to chill and not do a lot with the pool big enough to not feel small.

Casa Serena is a delightful villa in an area of Playa Blanca that we know well.Spacious with comfortable furniture and a stylish patio area with pool.Ideally situated for the local Dinos supermarket and Antonios Bar/Cafe for a welcoming drink or snack.The bus stop is just 5 mins away and can have you in the town centre in less than 10 mins. We will certainly look to return when the opportunity arises.

Good location . Furnished well. Heated pool

Penny pinching on things like 2 dishwasher tablets for 7 day stay , no spare toilet rolls . Not enough bin bags for a week , washing up liquid run out . Given the price of villa and the cost of proving adequate supplies it seemed very mean. Didn’t like info pad . Very hard to read .
