About this house rental
Le Rose di Montagnana is an independent cottage set in the property of Montagnana, developed on two floors.
The entrance is on the ground floor, where only a few steps need to be climbed.
The bright living room is the first thing that welcomes our guests.
Cozy and colorful, it features a vintage Bang & Olufsen tv and stereo enjoyable from the couch or the sofa while looking at the medieval towers through the window.
An old charming stove is also part of the room furnishings.
In the same area, there is also a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, regular and small electric oven, fridge with freezer, induction hobs and all the necessary to cook.
An old wooden table with chairs is also at guests\' disposal.
Right above the kitchen, there is a perfect place for smart working: it\'s a mezzanine where a small studio is set, with bookshelves, a desk and a chair.
At the ground floor you can find a small bath furnished with sink, toilet and shower and closet with a washing machine and drying rack.
On the upper floor, there are two double bedrooms with two separate bathrooms, complete with sink, toilet, bidet and shower.
Outside the house, guests will find a patio furnished with a large table, a stone bench and some chairs where to have al fresco meals.
Another exclusive feature of the house is the garden, where there is another small table with chairs and another bench.
The only shared space is the swimming pool, which is the condominium. There, Le Rose di Montagnana\'s guests will have a table, two sunbeds, two chairs and a parasol at their exclusive disposal.
Free fenced parking and free internet are available.

My adults daughters and I just returned from a six night stay at Le Rose di Montagnana. Perfect in every respect. The home is charming, with the owners' artwork at every corner. A five minute drive from the historic center, the setting can't be beat - the tranquil sights and sounds envelop you at any hour. A minor mechanical issue (most lilkely operator error on my part) was rectified quickly. Follow the check-in instructions and you won't have any problems on arrival. Highly recommend.

The house is exactly as you see on the photos. Our only minus was check in as the box with keys was totally out of sight so we were trying the one we could see. Also the WiFi password was not what was stated on the back of the modem. Other than that itwas perfect.

This hotel was a lovely stay and really made our stay incredible in Cinque Terra. The hotel courtyard was a real treat and icing on the cake for overall stay.

The property was amazing. Perfect central location in Tuscany to everywhere. The property had everything we needed to make our 9 days stay comfortable and romantic. Stunning view of San Gimignano from the property. The owner brought a lovely bottle of wine and cookies for us. 100% recommend staying at this amazing property!
