About this apartment rental
It consists of two bedrooms, one double with a double bed, the other with a double bed and a single bed. A large beautiful living room with fireplace. And a bathroom with shower. The apartment overlooks Piazza Sant'Agostino and is inside the Medieval walls. It is 300 meters from the car park. The entire town can be explored on foot and the many things to see are just a short distance away. From San Gimignano you can travel by car and reach Siena in 30 minutes. With 35 you arrive in Florence. With 25 you go to see Volterra. perfect location to see the best cities of Tuscany and Chianti.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment in San Gimignano. The place was very comfortable. The town itself is absolutely charming, and the location was perfect for exploring the beautiful Tuscan region—easy to reach and well connected. Communication with Paolo was excellent; he was very kind and helpful. We highly recommend this place!

Upon arriving in San Gimignano we were overwhelmed with the beauty of the town and scenery. Spectacular is truly an understatement. The accommodation, true to the listing details, is equally charming, cozy and quaint within the historic walls of San Gimignano. The apartments proximity to everything allowed us to fully enjoy everything about San Gimignano.
Our host, Paolo Rubechini, provided incredibly prompt and clear answers to our questions. While parking is not directly at the apartment, it is only a short walk away, and the provision of a parking pass assisted greatly. Note; Parking pass and local tourist fees are incremental and quite reasonable.
We highly recommend this property, and look forward to a return to San Gimignano in the future.

The location is good but it is above a neighbourhood restaurant and the ambiant noise was an issue. The apt has not air conditioning and so closing the windows was not an option. The floors were swept clean but they need to be mopped in the bedrooms. The beds were ok, but could be replaced. The bathroom was fine but it is up some stairs. I suggest a night light so you dont trip in the dark. A second set of keys would have been great right from the start as we got locked out. Overall good location and very helpful manager.
