Gezellig en huiselijk op een prachtige locatie.

Krasny byt v centre.

Bien situado, limpio y confortable. Tiene todos los utensilios de cocina necesarios, secador, ropa de cama y toallas, enchufes cerca de ma cama, aire acondicionado y todo está nuevo y cuidado. La decoración es también muy agradable.

No tiene ascensor y hay que tenerlo en cuenta, pero para nosotros no supuso ningún problema.

The apartment was clean with all the conveniences but the next section will explain why it was subpar.

My review is unfortunately affected by the problem faced as we arrived the first night we could not stay due to the key to the place broken of in lock which was very difficult to open. We were very hot from our trip to San Gimingnano and the last thing we needed was to not be able to get in at 9:30 pm when we arrived. We waited for over an hour for someone the owner knew to come and try to get us in to no avail and had to find a hotel to stay in the first night. My family of five were tired and extremely hot. Carried all of our bags up to the 3rd floor only to bring them back down and walk to a hotel in the middle of the night. The owner was out of town and couldn’t help much. We were able to get in the next morning after a new lock was installed. Also we only got to stay ONE night after all. I will say the place was very well kept and convenient but unfortunately our stay was blemished by the incident we experienced when we got there. I had asked for some kind of refund because we only had one night but paid for two. Owner said she was to bear the cost of a new lock, etc. Not taking into account our situation the first night and paying over $300 euros for another hotel. Not good customer service at all. So we basically paid triple for our two night stay. No communication from the owner since so we lost quite a bit of money putting quite a damper on our visit. Again, poor customer understanding and service gets this review an overall negative one.
