All the staff was so welcoming. The hospitality was excellent. Dinners were our favorite! Don’t come here and make any other reservations for dinner or you will be disappointed! It was a little cold in September for the pool but it looked beautiful. Overall, we felt so relaxed and catered to.
The steps inside Rita were a little tricky to manage until we got used to them

Everything!

We stayed here for three days, which was enough time to realize that it is the perfect spot for short trips to the surrounding areas—San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena, Florence, and Pisa—as well as for complete relaxation by the pool. The gourmet dinner was an unexpected bonus, a true delight that wouldn't have been complete without the staff's impeccable service. I want to highlight that they paid attention to every detail, making us feel that our well-being truly mattered to them. We will definitely be back!
