Stunning location with beautiful views. Pool area looked beautiful (it was Autumn when we visited so we didn’t use it). The food was exceptional! The dinner we had there was one of the best we had in Tuscany.

The rooms could do with an upgrade and the shower was tiny, but this did not detract from our overall experience.

Wonderful time in idyllic location .

Very close to San Gimignano and so walkable. The views are amazing, the accommodation is very comfortable, clean and has nice big fluffy towels. Breakfast and evening dinner were both delicious. The staff also go above and beyond to ensure that you have a great time. They were all very friendly and helpful. 😃

A retreat of unimaginable beauty and delight! Among our most memorable stays ever! Perched high on a hill in full view of the stunning towers and walls of San Gimignano. The staff were so friendly, welcoming, and exceedingly attentive. The rooms were large, spotless, and a charming blend of modern architecture with ancient accents. Breakfasts were awesome and diners were of 4-star gourmet caliber. Podere Bellavista provided a superb location for the exploration of all of Tuscany. San Gimignano itself was splendid, loaded with character, beauty, and fine restaurants.

the perfect Tuscan villa

If you’re looking for the perfect Tuscan Villa, Podere Bellavista is truly the vibe. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and very taken care of. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. They are all incredibly respectful, kind and caring. Gabriel, the head server is knowledgeable, funny and personable. Virginia went above and beyond to help us get our baby monitor working to ensure we could keep an eye on our little one while enjoying a few date nights on the property. We highly recommend having dinner at the restaurant each night. We tried 3 different set menus and can’t choose a favourite - they were all incredible. We were told the chef has 50 years of culinary experience and has worked in Micheline restaurants. Without a doubt some of the best food we’ve ever had travelling. We rearranged our travel itinerary to do a cooking class after leaving Bellavista as we did not want to leave the property. We planned our trip around the availability of Podere Bellavista, and we would absolutely do it again. Bellavista and the surrounding property is so picturesque and stunning. If you ever get the chance to visit the Sam Gimignano region, Bellavista is a must stay place!

We loved our stay at Podere Bellavista. Everything was excellent - from the accommodation, location but especially the staff and the food. We had some of the best meals we’ve eaten in Italy and the staff went above and beyond to cater for my allergies so that I never have to forgo anything.

Perfection in Tuscany!

From the moment we arrived & were offered a welcome drink, we knew we had discovered a very special place! The aroma of our dinner cooking in the kitchen, super friendly staff and surrounds that were breathtaking, we couldn’t have asked for more. Our room was spotlessly clean with every necessity & comfy bed. The meals were some of the best we’ve had in Tuscany. More like a 5 star restaurant! Do not hesitate to book this gem, we highly recommend Bodere Bellavista!

Easy to find and check-in (arrived by car, free parking on-site), the scenery is breathtaking! Very comfortable, great team, informative and helpful, especially Gabriel. Lovely wines, incredible food, so peaceful. Pool area is great - we stayed when it wasn’t warm enough to swim but would be perfect for warmer weather.

Absolutely everything! We had the perfect stay at Podere Bellavista for our honeymoon. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable with great views of San Gimignano. Eating at the restaurant is a MUST! The food is exceptional. Location is perfect, Podere Bellavista is relaxing and peaceful but only a short 20 min walk into San Gimignano if you want shops, bars and restaurants. We did this walk several times and it was super easy. What made our stay unforgettable was the staff. The level of care and detail that goes into everything was better than any hotel we have ever stayed at. Thank you Andrea and Virginia for going above and beyond, we will never forget our time here and hope to be back in the near future.

Former family home, now run by those who grew up in it, makes you feel like you've come home.

The staff and their cat were wonderful hosts. Rooms were gorgeous, every thing that you might need had been thought about and provided. The tiny restaurant was a delight and the food was delicious. The view and the terrace to enjoy it from are beautiful.

THE BEST STAY IN TUSCANY!

Everything was amazing! The location is perfect. directly facing San Gimignano. Adorable restaurant/reception with fireplace, fantastic pool with a stunning view (shame we couldn’t use it due to weather) the cutest cat called Bombay would lounge around. The room was so quaint, really well designed and very very comfortable. everything was perfect! I would stay again in a heart beat. Vitoria and Andreas were so sweet and charming and very helpful and Vanessa the amazing chef. her 4 course meal on the first night was spectacular. a must if you are staying.
