About this apartment rental
Spinnaker 17 is a beautiful and clean 2 Bedroom/ 2 bath Condo with immediate beach access. Our condo is on the first floor just steps away from the ocean with a keypad lock making it easy to settle right in. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has a furnished balcony overlooking a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood. This condo is the perfect place for you and your family to call home during your stay in Ocean City!
The warm, inviting living room is furnished with two futons (both pull out for a bed), 4 tv trays, a smart television with Roku, WiFi, cable TV and a DVD player. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space.
Right off the living room is a dining area, perfect for cozy meals with the family. There is seating for 6 at the table as well as 4 stools at the breakfast bar. There is a booster seat that can be strapped onto one of the chairs and a high chair.
Next to the dining area is the fully-stocked kitchen with a full fridge with ice maker, microwave, oven/ stove, Keurig coffee maker, air fryer, convection oven, toaster, blender, George Forman grill, and griddle. Also you will find utensils, dishes, pots and pans, mixing bowls, etc. You will find everything you need to feel the comforts of home.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, television with Roku, reclining chair, balcony access with two rocking chairs to relax and listen to the sounds of the waves crashing on the beach. You also have a full private bathroom. (sheets and towels not included) There is also an iron and ironing board in the closet as well as a full size pack-n-play. The pack-n-play has an infant sleeper and changing table.
The second bedroom has a double bed and a pyramid bunk bed (twin over full), television and Roku, and plenty of room to move around (sheets and towels not included).
The second full bathroom is located in the hallway between the kitchen, bedroom and laundry room which is equipped with a full size washer and dryer.
This property comfortably sleeps up to 8-10 people, so bring the whole family!
Our condo is within walking distance to putt-putt golf, numerous restaurants, bowling and bus stops. The beach is just steps away and there is an umbrella and chair rental stand right on the beach.
Come stay at our home away from home and create wonderful memories to last you and your family a lifetime!
Condo Amenities: central air conditioning/ heating, one assigned parking space (3 spare spaces in lot and extra free parking on the street), three TVs, DVD player, free WiFi, cable TV, refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, Keurig , air fryer, toaster, stove, dishwasher, trash disposal, full-size washer and dryer, and an outdoor foot shower. PER CONDO ASSOCIATION RULES THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT ALLOW PETS OR SMOKING. (Please note that owners are allowed pets inside of the units if you are prone to allergies. This rule is strictly applied by HOA members who reside on scene). We rent to families, married couples, and responsible adults. There is no smoking or vaping inside of the unit. You must be 25 years of age to rent. We DO NOT rent to seniors and do not accommodate those attending senior week.

I really don’t have anything bad to say! The condo was beautiful, clean, spacious, and the location is great. I had an absolutely terrible booking with a different host, and this host welcomed me and my family from the day of booking! She was in communication with me about her place. It was especially accommodating to our pre-teens and teens. Everything was easy self check-in, the house was clean and cozy, and plenty of space for our family of 6. The beach is just a few steps away, and not overly crowded, even on the holiday weekend. Wonderful location, close to several shops, restaurants, bars, and grocery stores! The security system (although the host told us how to easily deactivate it) gave our family a lot of peace of mind and made our children feel safe (they watch too much horror). Wonderful stay all around. I highly highly recommend this stay!!

Condo was perfect for our family of four, which includes two teens. Close and convenient walk to the beach, restaurants, miniature golf, and shopping. Unit was very clean and included a lot of essentials. Katelyn was a very responsive host. Would consider renting again. Thank you.
