The Beach Place is on 70th Street, a great location! The parking of your vehicle on the property right out the front door, fantastic. The beach is only steps away, no long walk! Nice beach and space! It’s not crowded, especially during the week. Close to places to eat and things to do. The family played miniature golf! The Beach Place is nice space to relax after a day at the beach. The outside porches gives you plenty of outdoor space and the sunrise and sunsets are beautiful. Huge screen TV in the living room and furniture has been updated to more beach since the picture shown. We cooked most meals, which made everything even nicer. I had to email a couple times for things to be looked at and the response time was great! One time the TV in the bedroom on floor one was not working; it had been unplugged. Easy fix! Enjoy your family time at the Beach Place!!! Oh, yes it’s a nice quiet area!!!!

Spent a cousins get together weekend here. My wife and I felt the master bedroom was nice. A second bedroom downstairs got the job done as well. The bunk room fit 4 comfortably. Very good location. Down the block from the beach. Not the fanciest townhome in the world but that’s not what we were going for. It fit our needs for sure. Management company communication and directions were excellent. Only downside was the fridge took a while to get cold.

Location is amazing. Condo is very very tight. The bottom floor bedroom photos are misleading with the kind of space available. Condo was great for a few nights but was dusty and dirty in bathrooms, around beds and near the sliding door. The back outdoor area was disheveled and very unpleasant looking.
