About this house rental
OCEAN BLOCK TOWNHOME located midtown on 71st Street. Welcome to Beach Place North #20 featuring 3 bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, and an outdoor pool. Your family of 10 will enjoy the multi-level space with 3 balconies & only few steps to the beach.
Ground level features 2 Double beds with a private bath featuring a stall shower, tv, stackable washer & dryer & slider doors.
The main living area features a fully equipped kitchen with new stainless- steel appliances (as of January 2024 -dishwasher, refrigerator, & stove). There is a half bath off the kitchen area. The Living Room features a Queen Sleep- Sofa w/sliders to Balcony. The 3rd level features the Master Bedroom with a Queen bed, tv, ceiling fan & sliders to balcony. The 2nd bedroom features a Queen, bunkbed w/drawers underneath, tv, & ceiling fan. There is a hall bath between these bedrooms featuring a shower/tub combo. Note this owner provides four TV's with basic cable, WiFi and streaming capability. The property owner supplies a complimentary starter supply of toilet paper and paper towels for your stay. Please bring extra for weekly bookings.
There are 2 parking spots (1 spot under the carport & one behind the townhouse). Property rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any 3 or more nights off season.
Note: State, county and city fire regulations forbid use of any type of open fire (hibachi's or barbecues) on any porch or balcony, or any portion of the public beach without required permit. However, there is a grill area, with grills, adjacent to the pool. Guests are responsible to clean after using.
Guest must supply sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available to rent for a set fee, and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. The townhouse is already equipped with comforters and pillows for each bed. A washer and dryer are provided in the home for your convenience. ----Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests where anyone is under the age of 25. ----Non Smoking Non Vaping No pets----We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our properties including photos, descriptions, pricing and amenities shown above. Overall, a nice place. The entry level floor as you walk in from the carport has a bedroom and full bathroom with sliding glass doors out to another parking area with views of the community pool which is inside a chain-link fence. The second floor has an open floor plan with a half bath, dining area, kitchen, living room, and outdoor deck. The third floor has two bedrooms and a full bath. The view of the beach is a sideways view off the decks. The decks overlook the side street, but you can see the beach off to the side. It's only a few units from the beach. Other than the first floor, the common area and third floor bedrooms are nice. The lower level bedroom is shabby. The main issue is that they need a new cleaning service. It looked like the floors hadn't been swept or vacuumed. They were covered with sand and dust bunnies. There were items left in drawers and under the beds from previous tenants. The lower level bathroom had spots of mildew in the shower, on the shower curtain, and in the toilet. The toilet seats should be replaced as they are quite worn. For the price, it was quite decent on a budget.
