About this apartment rental
This 7th floor (top level) one bedroom, one bath ocean front unit with amazing views of the ocean and beach! This warm and inviting condo is immaculate & beautiful featuring cool colored tiled floors throughout plus an updated bathroom with a tile shower and an updated kitchen fully equipped with granite counter tops, new cabinets, and appliances. It is a 5 minute walk TO THE RITZ-CARLTON AMELIA ISLAND!
The condominium association is currently planning a community improvement project expected to begin on or around September 20, 2026, with an anticipated duration of approximately 14 months.
CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Guests may experience intermittent construction activity and associated noise during their stay. The planned improvements include:
Repairing and coating the breezeways, the balconies & the building along with repairing and replacing the breezeway and balcony railings
What You Can Expect
While both pools, beach access and other property amenities will be open as usual during the project, guests should expect construction activity, including construction-related noise. The construction schedule is developed and managed by the condominium association in coordination with its contractor.
Based on the current plan:
Work is generally expected to occur Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Work may occasionally occur outside of those hours if necessary to maintain the project schedule. Construction is expected to progress through the community in phases. First the B Building, then the A Building and finally the C Building. We are in the B Building which is planned to have balcony and breezeways under renovation from October 2026 to March 2027.
We keep this condo well stocked with all the necessities such as luxury grade towels, all sheets, shampoo, body wash, soap, conditioner, hair dryer, & laundry supplies . We want this to be your home away from home. Just show up and enjoy!
Its expansive oceanfront balcony wraps around from the living room to the generously sized king bedroom. The ocean views are abundant from the living room, dining area, kitchen, bedroom and balcony.

This is a lovely penthouse, one-bedroom condo. Incredible view from living space and covered balcony. What sold me were the two upholstered, swivel rockers in front of the large window overlooking the beach. King bed is comfy, and kitchen has lots of nice basics. As a frequent visitor to Amelia, I’ve rented a lot of units in this complex. I certainly was pleased with this unit — very clean and quiet. The renovated bathroom was nice with easy-entry shower. Owners have a lot of pride in their property and are very communicative. You can’t beat Amelia Island for a getaway. Once you visit, you’ll be hooked. We’ve been fortunate getaway visitors to this locale for 30 years. There are two pools on this property, tennis courts, and most units provide beach towels, chairs, etc. This is one of our favorite complexes— very clean and a place to make great memories.

Property is dated, but I knew that going in. No umbrellas at the Pool for shade, even though they have bases. Some Algae on the side of the pool, but I did see them clean every other day. Easy walk to the Ritz Carlton. Kitchen is tiny with the bare essentials. Chairs, towels and umbrella for the beach was a bonus. The deck area is nice but after sunrise you are in full sun which makes it impossible to sit for long.
