Newly renovated with pool and tennis court access, this incredible oceanfront unit offers everything that you could possibly want for your beachside getaway. Entering through the kitchen area of this 3rd floor villa, you will immediately feel embraced by this bright and beachy home. Tastefully decorated in bright tones with bold pops of color, B132 is certainly designed to impress, with an open floor concept, allowing for easy conversation and entertaining between the fully-equipped and updated kitchen and the spacious and comfortable living and dining areas. Soak in the incredible sea views from the large, fully furnished balcony, easily accessed from the main living area.
B132 includes a private bedroom with an updated king size bed, luxury linens, and SMART TV. A sofa sleeper is additionally provided in the main living area, both of which have access to the fully updated bathroom. This unit includes access to a number of amenities at the Surf and Racquet Club complex, including direct beach access, two oceanfront swimming pools, and a number of tennis courts for your enjoyment.
All fresh linens and towels are provided for our guests. We also provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels are also provided for you to use during your stay.
We also ask all guests to complete a registration form with Amelia Island Vacations through the secure site of DocuSign.
There is a credit processing fee of $35 that will be charged if you cancel your booking, regardless of the booking or cancellation date.

Million dollar view of the ocean marred by one of three major windows panes fogged over by broken seal.
Also learned that larger units in same condo group were available for less money.
So, sub par and overpriced.
