The Space:
***IMPORTANT NOTICE***
Exterior building renovation project at Amelia Surf & Racquet Club Building B from mid-August 2026 to mid-February 2027 (timelines are subject to change due to weather or other construction-related factors). Work will occur Monday to Friday from 730am to 5pm. These improvements are part of a planned effort to preserve and enhance the property’s long-term quality and appearance. Mobilizationigging in the parking area will precede the work, which will occur in 2-unit vertical sections from the top to bottom floor. Balcony access will be restricted when work occurs in a vertical section. Despite this section-by-section approach, guests should expect daytime construction noise from heavy equipment\power tools, scaffolding, and dust\debris during working hours.
What This Means for Your Stay: Rentals are permitted during the renovation period; although, we cannot control how this may affect your stay. Rental rates have been adjusted to reflect booking during this timeframe. Our team works closely with the association and contractors to minimize inconvenience wherever possible. If any disturbance occurs beyond what is reasonably anticipated, additional assistance will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Ocean Front - Pool Access - Tennis Courts This 7th floor (top level) villa provides stunning views of the ocean and beach. Very nicely appointed with all amenities. Fully equipped pantry if you would like to dine in for breakfast or lunch or dinner. This villa features a spectacular entertainment area that opens onto a seaside deck and is surrounded by ocean views. This unit includes a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room. The bedroom equipped with a King bed has its own private bath. On-site, there are two oceanfront swimming pools as well as a number of tennis courts for your enjoyment.

We enjoyed our view and the balcony. The weather that week was cold, rainy and windy, but we loved our view and the coziness of the condo.

Beautiful condo. The views were amazing. It was a little concerning that we didn’t get the gate code or door unlock code until 15 minutes before check-in time at 4 PM. Especially because we were there at about 2:45 PM and we let the host know that, as requested. It was frustrating to not get any type of response even if it was to tell us that we could not check in until 4 PM.

The washing machine leaked water all over the floor and was not usable my entire trip. The icemaker did not work. No trays and very few pots. Deck had not been swept of sand nor the entry door. Unit was a little too basic. Would not rent again.

I hope this helps a traveler who is looking for a combination of value, style and a feeling of being pampered. This condo does not provide that. I've traveled to Amelia Island twice before and stayed at The Amelia Surf and Racquet Club once before. Despite returning to one of our favorite beaches, this condo was disappointing. We chose to stay here because of penthouse ocean views which were spectacular, yet the condo itself appears neglected and is in need of TLC. It feels like a rental unit with cheap and not up-to-date decor. The kitchen dishware, silverware & pots are old, the plastic cups are mismatched, the linens are thin and the rugs desperately need to be replaced. The condo smelled musty upon arrival and continued to smell musty despite us keeping both sliding doors cracked open during our entire stay. A latch on one of the sliding doors doesn't work and we weren't able to lock it during our stay (which didn't feel unsafe since the condo is on the 7th floor). The moldy grout in the shower needs to be replaced and the entire condo needs a fresh paint job. Even the magazines on the table were a decade old. Upon our arrival, we had 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel, 1 thread-bare washcloth & 1 beach towel. The bright spot was the responsiveness of the service team who delivered a bag of newer towels the next day. The unit was quiet and convenient to trash chute next to elevator. Keep looking for a condo that is updated! You'll get the beach views!
