About this apartment rental
This 95 sq mt / 1022 sq ft apartment is located on the 1st floor, no elevator - 22 steps to climb, of a three-story building. It has 2 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 6 people and has three full bathrooms (two with shower and one with bathtub).
To the left of the entrance is the first bedroom (mattress size 180 x 200cm) with its own bathroom with shower.
Returning to the entrance, on the right is the second bathroom, equipped with a bathtub, and the living room with a dining table for 4 people and two sofas.
After the living room is the kitchen, with a 4-burner stove, a small refrigerator, microwave, and a dishwasher for 6 place settings. Going down a step you find yourself at the second bedroom (mattress 180x200cm). The latter room has its own bathroom, which is reached by climbing three steps, complete with shower.
The windows of this apartment overlook Via dei Cerretani and the Duomo.

Heating: independent with split.

The hosts of this apartment were awesome--very responsive, helpful, and inviting. They provided us with helpful information and even left outlet converters at the apartment for us to use during our stay. Florence is amazing and being so centrally located was great--we could walk to see something, swing by the apartment, and then go to something else. The apartment was secure and spacious and had all the amenities one could need.Perhaps I didn't read the comments closely enough in reviews, but we found the apartment to be incredibly loud, making it difficult to sleep. Even with the windows shut, you can hear so much noise from outside--and there's a lot of noise since it's right by the busy area of the Duomo and there are so many people. Street performers were right below the window and we heard their music blasting in. One bedroom faces a small courtyard and it was much quieter, but we could still hear sirens and yelling and music. If we go back, we'll opt for a quieter place to stay, but if you want to be centrally located and right in the middle of the action and are a heavy sleeper, this place is great.
