About this apartment rental
This 104 sq mt / 1119 sq ft apartment is located on the 3rd floor, no elevator - 66 steps to climb + 20 inside the apartment, between the first and second levels, of a three-story building.
It has 2 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 4 people and has two full bathrooms (both with bathtubs).
FIRST LEVEL:
You will first discover the entrance hallway. From here 20 steps lead up to the upper level. Just before these stairs is a small storage room that houses the washing machine.
To the left of the access corridor is the dining room corner, with a dining table for 4 people and the kitchen with 4 induction burners, a small refrigerator, microwave and a dishwasher for 6 place settings.
This room leads to the first bedroom, which has a double bed (measures 140 x 200cm) that has its own ensuite bathroom with a bathtub.
SECOND LEVEL:
Back to the hallway, and up the stairs to the upper level, is the second bedroom (mattress measures 180 x 195 cm). Next to the bedroom is the bathroom, equipped with a bathtub. Finally, from this level you can access the large terrace, furnished with a sofa and armchairs, which offers a magnificent view of the Medici Chapels.
The windows in this apartment all overlook an internal courtyard.

The location is right in the heart of Florence, just steps away from the Duomo. I loved the energy of walking out the front door into the thick of things. We walked everywhere. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating. There was one small maintenance issue which they addressed very quickly. We were there in April, but it was unseasonably warm so the air conditioning was appreciated. The pictures on the site were very representative of the unit. The unit is in the back of the building so the noise of the Duomo crowds never made it inside.

The location was perfect for walking to all of Florence’s hot spots. The self check in was seamless and communication from the rental company was efficient and thorough. The bedrooms were spacious and the heating and cooling systems in each room were a great touch. Would definitely stay again!

Very clean apartment in a quiet building, perfectly located. It was very comfortable for our family of 4 (2 adults & teenagers). It is centrally located and within 15 minute walk anywhere and a short walk to/from the train station. The communication was fast and any/all questions were rapidly answered. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay here! The apartment is very nice. It was a perfect size for 4 adults -- two in the main floor bedroom, and 2 in the upstairs bedroom with a beautiful view and terrace. We loved that we could walk out the front door and be right in front of the Duomo. Seeing the beauty and being in the center of the city action as soon as you step out was awesome. Everything is walking distance. The host was very helpful and accommodating, and communication was excellent. We would stay here again!
