Great location. Lovely home. Lots of room and space. The team was very helpful and responsive and delightful. Recommend the management company as well as the house although I want to come back again. Longer!

The house layout was great, the bedrooms were far enough apart to provide privacy. The house is located close to beach and many restaurants located in Venice. Beach supplies were available, chairs , towels, umbrella (didn’t use but available), and a wagon (also not used)

We have rented through TMI for more than 10 years.
This house was one of the nicest we have stayed at so far. Modern and new furniture and just a great layout and condition.
We will book it again for next summer.
