About this villa rental
A beautiful Florida home close to Manasota beach and within easy reach of a wide range of shops, restaurants and golf courses.
This is a tastefully decorated home in the typical Florida style with all the facilities that you need to have the perfect holiday. As you step into the house through the pillared foyer you have a view of the open plan family area with large TV, DVD player and coffee table. There is also an extra seating area which has 2 sofas and a coffee table which looks onto the secluded pool through the large patio doors onto the deck. To the right there is the dining area which is perfect for entertaining and comfortably seats 6.
The well stocked kitchen area is open plan and is fully equipped with all modern appliances. There is also a casual dining breakfast area with table and chairs overlooking the private pool area.
The master bedroom is large with a king bed, walk in closets and beautiful furnishings, there is a large en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and tub together with a double vanity. The bedroom also benefits from a private entrance to the pool area
There is a further en-suite bedroom which has a queen bed and a walk in shower together with a private entrance to the pool area. There are a further two twin bedrooms which both share the third full bathroom. Each room has large closets and lovely furnishings
The utility room has a washer and dryer and leads through to the 2 car garage.
The pool area is large and is perfect for outdoors dining. There is a table and seating for 8 together with a gas barbeque. There are also loungers to enjoy the fantastic Florida sunshine. Pool heating is available which is an additional charge.
The property boasts large gardens to both the front and rear which are bordered by mature shrubs and trees which gives both privacy and a great view from the pool.
The villa has high speed internet included and free calls within the US and Canada

This house was really lovely. The pool is good sized. The master bedroom is huge. Three baths, two rooms with twin beds great for the kids. The kitchen is well stocked with kerig coffee maker, electric tea kettle, crock pot, George Forman grill, the only thing missing were cookie sheets. The owners left a notebook with pages of dos and don’t. They had lots of rules which were a little off putting like the use of the grill… which we decided not to use for fear of not cleaning it well enough; and instructions about the barstools, making sure you didn’t dent the backs of the stools against the counter otherwise would be charged 300 for replacement. They also wanted us to keep the air conditioning thermostat at 77 degrees which was much too warm. We set it on 74 and found that temperature to be comfortable. We really did love the house though despite being fearful of breaking the rules.

What an awesome home! We stayed as a family of 6 at this wonderful house and enjoyed it so much! The house is big, the rooms are beautiful, the kitchen had everything we needed. I loved the view to the garden and the pool area. We want to come back. Thanks for that great stay.

Overall our experience was good. One issue on arrival smoke detector was beeping. Called property manager and they were out of town but the property owner was able to get someone over within an hour to fix. House was clean and had plenty of supplies. Beds were not comfortable. If the beds were better this place would have been 5 stars but since getting good sleep on a vacation in very important it brings the rating down for meThanks
