We know you are coming to Akumal to have a good time, but out of respect to the other travelers, this condo has a strict “No Party” policy.
QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.
SMOKING:
Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your room during your reservation period.
MINIMUM AGE:
By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is prior to or at 11am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.
Electricity is not included in stays over 20 nights. This fee will be charged every month or a day before check-out in stays shorter than a month. In this case, you pay for what you consume based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW. *Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature maximum at 23°C and turning off the AC and lights when you leave the property.

The whole place is fantastic. The only thing, there are some small critters like small ants that seem to invade everything, I am not sure how you can get rid of them though

Property was well maintained and stocked. Property owners were very responsive with any issue that we had.

enjoyed our stay very much - a-few improvements with the shuttle transportation woild have made our stay perfect . The schedule was very uneven and unpredictable. The apartment was lovely but can improve it’s lighting. There are only non dimmable overhead lights. very harse!
