The Space:
Mare Verde 98 - Two Bed is a meticulously refurbished apartment that exemplifies comfort and convenience. Situated just a 5-minute stroll away from the exquisite beaches of Torviscas and Fanabe, this remarkable accommodation guarantees an exceptional stay. Boasting two bedrooms and a well-appointed bathroom, the apartment showcases a commitment to maintaining high standards.
The living area offers an expansive and airy atmosphere, complemented by two sun-drenched balconies that are perfect for relaxation. As the apartment faces inward within the complex, guests can revel in a peaceful setting without any disturbances from the road. Moreover, its location at the lower end of the pools ensures a quieter ambiance compared to the units directly overlooking the pool. Instead, guests can delight in scenic garden views.
Accessed via a single flight of stairs, the apartment resides on the first floor. Two large fans, combined with refreshing breezes flowing through the expansive patio doors and the spaciousness of the apartment, keep the interior pleasantly cool. Each of the bedrooms is furnished with two comfortable single beds, while the master bedroom boasts a balcony adorned with two inviting sun loungers. A second balcony connected to the living area features a patio table and chairs, providing an ideal spot for alfresco dining.
Entertainment needs are met with a generously sized flat-screen TV offering an array of satellite channels. The living area is tastefully furnished with a sofa bed, a second sofa, and a convenient coffee table. The fully equipped kitchen ensures a seamless culinary experience, complete with a fridge, separate freezer, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, and other essential amenities. Additionally, the bathroom features a bath/shower combination, wash hand basin, WC, and a washing machine, catering to guests' comfort and convenience.
The guest will be charged a prepayment of or the total price of the reservation anytime. Please double check with us on the payment schedule.
No groups of all males or all females. Lead guest must be 25 years or older.
We can offer beach towels for €2,50 each.
Please note due to new legal regulations in Spain, the owner of this property may require some personal information from guests, including but not limited to the following: copies of passports for all the guests, the guests' home address, mobile telephone number and email address. Also, if children aged 18 years or younger are included in the party, we will need to know the relationship of the children to one adult member of the party. Full flight details will also be required to arrange the key handover.

Very nice, clean apartment. We stayed for 4 weeks and so had more time to be critical, especially being locked down for one week due to Coronavirus.
Despite this, we found both bedrooms and living room/kitchen to be very spacious, with the extra bonus of two balconies. The bedrooms both have plenty of storage for clothes.
Whilst the bathroom is a little dated, it was adequate for our needs and the washing machine is an added bonus.
If I am to give a balanced view, a disadvantage I found was that, whilst there is a plastic table and chairs on the balcony, there is nothing inside the apartment to allow eating inside, so we had to bring the balcony furniture in to eat when the evenings were cold and then out again for a nice breakfast in the sunshine.
A small or drop-leaf table and fold up chairs would have been perfect.
As I say, the lock down was a bit unfortunate, but less boring than in the hotel room, as we could at least lie out in the sun on the balcony.

I liked the apartment very much. The location was good close to shops, restaurants and entertainment. The Wi-Fi was excellent and there was a safe.
Once a week our bed was changed and clean towels left.
The sun was on the balcony from lunch time. The only problem being the sun shone into the lounge/ dining area and the sun blinded you, there was not any curtains on the patio doors Also there was nothing to keep the flies out on the patio door and the bedrooms.
There was a breakfast bar with 1 stool. Ideally there should be a table and chairs so you could sit and eat.
The patio had a plastic table and chairs. Unfortunately the chair legs are not very good in the heat . The legs spread and break.
We enjoyed our holiday and have booked again for next year.

Apartment was clean albeit very basic. Location was really good - less than 10 mins to beach / pubs / restaurants.
Would benefit from air conditioning
Good communication with owner & no issues.
