This newly built, second-floor condo is in a prime location between Petoskey and Harbor Springs, right next to Petoskey State Park and beautiful Lake Michigan. With two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, this inviting space blends comfort with convenience, perfect for weekend escapes or longer stays.
Step into the open-concept living area, where vaulted ceilings and cozy furnishings invite you to relax. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to cook meals at home, and the raised counter bar makes a perfect spot to sip a glass of wine while dinner comes together. The two bedrooms offer restful retreats just down the hall—one with an en-suite bathroom for added privacy and leisurely mornings. An in-unit laundry area is conveniently located in the hallway, ideal for extended visits.
As you enter, an excellent landing space is designed to drop your gear, perfect for storing skis, boots, bikes, and all your adventure essentials. Whether heading out or coming in, it’s a functional touch that makes outdoor play even easier.
Park your car and leave it—the Little Traverse Wheelway is just out front. It gives you scenic, paved access to Harbor Springs, Petoskey, and even Charlevoix for those eager to ride along the lake. The condo seemed to be brand new. Everything was spotless and well decorated. The kitchen had all of the basics. The oven is smaller than a standard oven, but was new and worked well.

The condo was just as described. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The location was close to Petoskey and Harbor Springs. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean and well stocked. The people at Vacation Properties of Northern Michigan were very attentive to all our needs and always quick to respond to any questions we had from booking to departure. We will definitely use their services again.

We very much enjoyed our stay at The Loft. The place was clean and comfortable. The management company communication was the best I have ever had with VRBO. Location was perfect for us as we golfed several different courses throughout our stay. It is on a busy road but generally quiet at night. We will be repeat visitors.
