The apartment is very quiet at the end of a small side street and was built in 2018. It is free-standing and has a separate entrance. The modern furnishings and inventory offer everything you need to feel good. A large, floor-to-ceiling panoramic window in the dining and living area enables a unique view of the surrounding area. (up to 70 km). The apartment is located at 430 m above sea level in the Kommerscheidt district, which belongs to Nideggen-Schmidt. A balcony is available.
