Here you can relax: on 77 m2 and 2 floors in a very quiet location and upscale furnishings. The maisonette apartment is on a slope and faces south towards Lake Rursee. Through floor-to-ceiling window fronts, a spacious loggia on both floors and a large sun terrace, it offers a wonderful view.
The apartment consists of a bedroom, a living room with open kitchen and sofa bed, hallway and bathroom, and can be occupied by 2 people (maximum 4 people). The kitchen is fully equipped (incl. Dishwasher, microwave and freezer), a Weber grill is also available. In addition, you can enjoy satellite television in both rooms in the latest UHD quality and Internet access via VDSL with high-end WLAN. There are parking spaces at the house and a garage is available on request.

The duplex apartment is located on the southern slope above the Woffelsbach marina, which can be reached in three to five minutes on foot. You can also swim in the lake right next to the yacht club.
