About this house rental
Bring the family together in this great place with lots of room for fun. Welcome to Gull`s Nest where sand, sun, and endless family fun await you and your loved ones at this newly built Frankford vacation rental less than 5 miles away from iconic Bethany Beach! It is the perfect home for multi-generational guests, a few couples or a large family. Located in the new Friendship Creek development, this perfect beach retreat has all the comforts needed to relax after sun filled days at the beach.
The space
We all need downtime, with dining space with seating for 12 to reminisce over a home cooked meal made in the full kitchen. The dining area flows into the living room complete with an oversized smart TV and an outdoor patio for enjoying quiet mornings as you sip a freshly made cup of coffee. Enjoy an evening outside on the back lawn playing games and cooking out with a gas or charcoal grill. Spoil yourself with a cool drink as the sun goes down.
Boredom is real thing for pre-teens so we outfitted a game room complete with a high definition smart TV with surround sound and gaming chairs. Just bring their favorite gaming console and plug it in.
For sleeping options, you'll find four spacious bedrooms and a magnificent loft, two master suites with king/Queen beds and walk-in closet. The first floor offers a bright and airy open floor plan. The living room has a two-story ceiling and stacked windows for lots of natural light. The beautiful open kitchen has upgraded cabinets and countertops, all new stainless-steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze.
Within minutes you can find yourself strolling along the Bethany Beach Boardwalk, exploring Fenwick Island State Park, or teeing up at one of the nearby golf courses. After a day in the sun, head back to the townhome and take a dip the community pool located just a few steps from the back patio and relax.
Combining an ideal, central location with the convenience of on-site amenities, this family-friendly condo/townhome promises an unforgettable Bethany Beach vacation experience!

The house has regular drip coffee maker, washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen with an air Fryer , rice cooker, cookware, silverware, baking sheets, cooking utensils, pots and pans, pancake pan, plates, bowls, cups, glasses, wine glasses. Plastic outdoor plates and cups/ kids plates, cups, blender, cutting boards, knives, serving bowls and spoons, mixing bowls, Tupperware, strainers, outdoor grill with propane tank as well as a charcoal grill for the traditionalist grill master, grilling utensils, peeler, can and bottle opener, measuring cups, dish rags, basic cleaning products, start up of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods and garbage bags (just to get you started, guests are responsible to purchase more after), placemats, hand soap in each bathroom. Toaster, microwave, oven, electric cooktop, dishwasher, vacuum, broom and dust pan, drying rack, wastebaskets and much more.

I am a 25 year renter in the Bethany Beach area. I have had terrible and fabulous experiences. The pictures do not do justice to the house. It is much larger than the pics suggest. The upstairs bedrooms, bathrooms and loft areas are very spacious. As is the downstairs. All the amenities were great. The pool access was a huge highlight! We had to deal with indoor days from hurricane Erin and the pool was the save with our little kids. My only suggestions to the hosts are to include more linens and blankets, especially bath towels and hand towels. Also, the closet in the master bedroom is not accessible. I would also suggest a note of house rules. We didnt know when garbage went out, the thermostat was an issue and there wasn't any propane for the bbq. We were there for 2 weeks and had a great time. I would definitely recommend this property!

Smooth check in. We were looking for a house with 4 bedrooms, a house with first floor access to all necessities, and a nice pool. We found so much more with this house! Everything we needed to cook meals was found in the kitchen (or the back patio because we did grill). There were plenty of sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, etc. They even had pool toys, beach chairs, and outdoor toys available in the garage. We added some boogie boards and pool noodles for future guests too. Communication was great and the house/community were clean and quiet.

House & location was perfect for our large family. Plenty of room for everyone. Enjoyed the beach 10 min down the road & the pool is right across the street. They had everything we needed for the beach, grilled out a few nights, close to restaurants and the boardwalk. Communication with owner was prompt & easy. We'd definitely come back again!
