With top-of-the-line furnishings, a shared pool, and elevator access to every floor, it’s the perfect blend of luxury and convenience—just steps from the ocean and tucked within Surf City’s sought-after S-curve area, offering easy, low-traffic beach access.

• Sleeps 14 guests comfortably
• 6 bedrooms, thoughtfully furnished with high-end décor
• Elevator services all floors
• Large porches and outdoor gathering spaces
• Shared pool (only shared with one other home)
• Outdoor shower for rinsing off sandy feet
• Crib, pack & play, beach chairs, bikes, and more provided
• Fully stocked kitchen: crockpot, air fryer, blender, and more for cooking in

Whether you’re reuniting with friends, planning a family getaway, or just want room to spread out, this home offers plenty of space, stylish comfort, and the convenience of modern living—all in a beachside location.
Starter Amenities – A Signature of Sol Searching Properties
We provide high-quality “starter” items so you can settle in with ease:
• Coffee, sugar, sugar alternative, creamer & filters
• Dish towel, scrubber & washcloth
• Dish soap, dishwasher tabs
• Powdered laundry soap
• Bar soap (one per bathroom)
• Trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels
• Ziplock bags
• Fresh linens, including comforters and shams
• Beach towels
• Pack & play, high chair, and noise machines available upon request (first come, first served)
Booking Details:
• $900 security deposit and signed renter agreement (processed via Ownerez) required to confirm reservation
• Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, with ID and matching credit card
• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM
• Final payment due 30 days prior to arrival to avoid cancellation
