This luxury Key West style home has 4-bedrooms and 3-bathrooms and is situated in Anna Maria.
The kitchen has lovely granite countertops and newer stainless-steel appliances. There is a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave and coffee maker. The small breakfast bar seats three and the formal dining area has room to seat six comfortably. With comfortable couches and plenty of seating options, the flat-screen TV can provide hours of entertainment. The extra-large master suite has a double shower, hot tub, toilet and sink and is fitted with a king-sized bed. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed while the last 2 bedrooms has two twin beds. There is a two-car garage for ample parking and a laundry room comes complete with a full-sized washer and dryer.
We offer four beach chairs and one umbrella for your visit!

The house is beautiful directly from sound side of island and just four blocks from bean point. Great views and short walking to pier when completed, shopping, restaurants and more. A golf cart would have been more ideal but clearly not a necessity. House was clean, beds comfortable except for rooms with twin beds. My older teenagers complained of hard mattresses. My two main king and queen beds were delightful. Plenty of accessories if had smaller children. Deck was delightful. Pool small but perfect. Garage contained all beach necessities along with umbrellas and chairs and cart to transport. I left my Néw umbrella to join the rest as I will not need enough in future. Excellent outside shower perfectly placed. Kitchen stocked with all necessities except poor steak knives. Ice chest, fishing pole, minnow bucket etc… staff had to be contacted because I could not figure out keyless lock and were so prompt and helpful! Again with issues as I left with same keypad. Could not figure out how to lock it. Again left door open in back and locked it from inside but staff very prompt and helpful. I will stay again!

The house was extremely clean and matched the description online. Plenty of room our group to spread out. The kitchen is fully stocked, I was very impressed! The pool is very small, smaller than it looks in the pictures but was warm and didn’t stop us from using it! It was a great experience and I would stay here again.

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your wonderful home! It had everything we needed and then some. Great location and all the beach supplies you could ever need. We love AMI and come every summer from NKY and will definitely add this house to our list to stay again! Property could use a little updating,but thats just cosmetic, aside from that everything was great! Thank you!

We had a wonderful time at Anna Maria relaxing with our family. Everyone wants to come back but not sure we stay at this property again. Ziti was amazing helping with our issues but when we arrived the property was in need of cleaning. To their credit, a lady came that evening to deep clean but would have thought it would be ready to go when we arrived. There were a few light bulbs out and items for cleaning up sand were in poor condition but we tried. We did enjoy the seating arrangements. All was comfortable. Beds were comfortable. May have just been our first impression but again, Ziti was very helpful as was the lady who came to clean.
