AMI Retreat is located 200 steps to the sugar sand beaches and sparkling clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. With a prime location on the North End of Anna Maria, AMI Retreat is close to Bean Point and Pine Ave.
The main level includes the kitchen, dining and living rooms. The living room is a comfortable spot for the family to relax. The dining room features a table for six. A patio dining set for six on the outdoor verandah overlooks the pool and provides for a relaxing meal from the grill
Two of the bedrooms feature a king Bed, one with an ensuite bathroom, and the other guest room has a queen bed. The third floor loft includes a twin bed. Each bedroom includes crisp linens and plush towels in the bathrooms from our professional linen service. Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.
The private heated pool is the perfect place to relax in a pool lounger and enjoy the island breezes of paradise. An outdoor shower allows you to rinse the sand from your suit before entering the pool.
AMI Retreat is a dog friendly home! If you have added a pet to your reservation under the number of pets, the fee of $150 per dog plus tax has been added to your reservation total. Please note, there is a 2-dog limit

We enjoyed our stay in this home immensely! We are always grateful that people offer up such wonderful places for us to stay while on vacation! This home has everything we needed for our family vacation. We are fortunate to have found this place. The home was clean, spacious, quiet… a wonderful pool.. a wonderful open area to congregate, and space to retreat to to be alone and quiet. The location of the home is spectacular! We stay on the coveted north end of the island every time.. four homes in this exact neighborhood. It is just one block to the best beaches in the island.. the sand is soft.. sparsely populated with people.. a short walk to the tip of the island. We would see dolphins passing by… manta rays or sting rays.. endless schools of fish.. and the most spectacular sunsets imaginable.There are wonderful restaurants nearby for any kind of dining you would want and wish for.. casual.. elegant and everything between. I should have started with this: Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals are consummate professionals.. they offer fabulous properties. They are highly communicative.. available for communication any time.. the great ting is.. you won’t ever need their great customer service as they prepare their properties and communicate so well, there is rarely a need to contact them at all! We love this home and will be staying here often.

We loved having a pool with the house as well as all the beach equipment. The house was located close to the beach as well as the center of town. The management company was quick to respond to our emails and the owner was kind enough to replace a broken wagon left from the previous renter. We would definitely stay here again!

location great , house nice but not in good condition , it has the comodity but not everything is working fine . shower outside patio was full of grass and cant be used . but i was impressed with the kitchen , first everything look sticky and dirty , very bad condition in every single pan and and ware . its a petty that such a beatiful place dont put a little bit love and care , to have it great . and the rent and fees are not very cheap , so it should go according with the price . island is the best beatiful place a I ll been with my family and we will be back to Anna Maria island for sure .
