Welcome to the Petite Annick!
The houseboat is divided into 4 duplex apartments. Each features a living room with a kitchenette and a balcony overlooking the water, and, on the lower level, a bedroom with a bathroom and a separate toilet. Your room is equipped with a queen-size bed and all the necessary amenities.
Each apartment is decorated in a different style: 1900s, Art Deco, the Sixties, and Around the World.
Upon arrival, you’ll find everything you need for breakfast (coffee, tea, milk, toast, cookies, fruit juice, butter, and jam...).
Outside, on the dock, you can enjoy a relaxation area with lounge chairs.
Parking in front of the houseboat is free.
You’re a 10-minute walk from the Cité du Vin, the Bassin des Lumières, bars and restaurants, and the tram that serves downtown.
Each unit is independent; however, for group rentals of 4, 6, or 8 people, it is possible to connect them via the balconies.
A €25 end-of-stay cleaning fee per apartment will be added.

A late flight arrival made for a dark arrival at the houseboat where we were lost in the night without a phone for the host. Our age was a hinderance to an enjoyable visit and we left after two nights.
