About this docked boat rental
Welcome to the Petite Annick!
The houseboat is divided into 4 duplex apartments. Each features a living room with a kitchenette and a balcony overlooking the water, and, on the lower level, a bedroom with a bathroom and a separate toilet. Your room is equipped with a queen-size bed and all the necessary amenities.
Each apartment is decorated in a different style: 1900s – Art Deco – 1960s – Colonial Revival.
Upon arrival, you’ll find everything you need for breakfast (coffee, tea, milk, crispbread, cookies, fruit juice, butter, and jam...).
Outside, on the dock, you can enjoy a relaxation area with lounge chairs.
Parking in front of the houseboat is free.
You’re a 10-minute walk from the Cité du Vin, bars, restaurants, and the tram that serves the city center.
Each unit is independent; however, it’s possible to connect them via the balconies for group rentals of 4, 6, or 8 people
Discounted rates apply for stays of one week or longer.
Weekly rates:
- 1 apartment / 2 people - 20% discount
- 2 apartments / 4 people - 25% discount
- 3 apartments / 6 people - 30% discount
