WHISTLEPUNK #28 - 2 BEDROOMS, 2 BATHS: BEDDING: Master BR: Pillowtop King Bed, TV, private full bath, BR #2: 1 Double Bed, 1 Set of Twin/Twin Bunks, TV/DVD. PLUS: Queen Sleeper Sofa and TV in the Living Room. Ski Storage Entry. Deck overlooks the trails. Wood Fireplace (wood provided). Newly renovated second bathroom with heated floors and the Kitchen floors are heated! An excellent place for a couple with children with up to 5 children, or 2 couples together. This unit is located lower level, walk out onto the slope, just off Whistlepunk Trail, a Novice run leading to the entire trail system. Across the street from the Double Black Diamond trails of Western Territory.

AMENITIES: Free WiFi, Free Long Distance Calling, Gated Community, Bike Friendly Lodging, Free Resort Shuttle Service. Within walking distance to The Village at Snowshoe's shops & restaurants. Short distance to the Split Rocks heated pool (additional fee).
UPDATED HOUSE RULES:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking or Vaping
~ No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private hot tub, a cleaning fee of $100.00 is charged at the time of booking.

Came up for the 4848 Festival. An amazing time with the family. The location of this condo was prefect - less than 10 minute walk to the Village so we were out of the fray, but close enough to gage a home base during the day. The condo was in great shape and had everything we needed. It was our first summer trip to Snowshoe (we usually get up 2-3 times in the winter) and won't be our last. Whistlepunk is fast becoming our favorite place to stay, and this condo was perfect.

We absolutely loved 28 Whistlepunk! Code entry made arrival very easy. The condo was spotless and beautiful. Master bedroom spacious, beds very comfortable, kitchen well-appointed with crockpot, coffee maker keurig for whichever you prefer, toaster, blender, mixers….. HEATED FLOORS in the kitchen!!! Trail to ski slope—we were there when snow had melted, but it was an easy minute walk over to the snow-covered run. 5 minute walk to village. We will be back!

We stayed during the polar freeze in Feb '25. It's the bottom floor unit so didn't have a lot of steps to climb getting in and out. In spite of the 2deg F and 25mph winds, the condo was plenty warm with heaters by each of the windows. There were even heaters under the kitchen tiles which were really appreciated to keep your feet from freezing while prepping meals. The place was clean and beds were comfortable. The two bedrooms and large living space left us with plenty of room for a family of 5. The entryway mudroom is nice so we didn't have to bring our skis all the way into the living area. The only thing you can't help but notice is how uneven the floors are, but otherwise the unit is in good condition.As for getting to the slopes, we just walked 200yds to the other end of the complex and caught the Whistlepunk Trail just below the Powder Monkey lift. If you're doing Western Territory, that's right across the street.

spacious condo. Bedrooms were comfortable and clean. The living room was large and had lots of seating. We'd stay here again!
